The service technician was very knowledgeable and thorough. They were $100 cheaper to repair an iPhone screen and did it immediately. They had parts on hand when another ship would have had to order. This will be our go to repair shop for sure!

My iPod touch had a broken screen. I took it to Mr. Phone where I received a verbal quote of $39 for a screen replacement. The part would be in the next day, so I took the iPod and returned with it the next day. A different person checked me in and confirmed that the price would be $39. Later that day, I got a call, letting me know the part was in and the price would be $79.95. He said since I had been quoted $39, they would deduct $10, making the price $69.95. I told them to proceed with the repair.
