Repair Pros will do a full inspection on the device prior to starting the repair and after the repair has been completed. If other problems are found with the device, Repair Pros will contact the owner immediately before completing repairs.
If your device is damaged beyond repair, you will have the following options: we return your device to you with no estimate charge, purchase a certified refurbished device, or we will salvage your old device free of charge.
