This is such a great apartment complex to live in. From the pool to walks on the pier, its really a pretty complex. Set among large old oak trees you have a beautifully landscaped drive home every night. One of my favorite features was my wood burning fireplace, laminate floors and private back deck.

We loved living in East Bay apartments. The front office staff was so friendly and helpful any time I had a question or needed help with something, and the apartment was so cute and our view of the trees from the balcony was an added bonus. It was quiet and relaxed, we loved walking the kids to the boardwalk to fish at the pier. I always recommend East Bay to anyone I know moving to the area.

Fantastic apartments and community!!! The apartment was in mint condition upon move in other than the sliding glass door was a little hard to open. They fixed the door for me within hours of reporting it. The community is awesome as everyone is really friendly and genuine. For the first 3 weeks I've not ventured more than 2 miles from the complex because of all the things to do here as well as every store I could ever need is within a mile or two. 5 stars all the way, would recommend.

I've lived at East Bay for 8½ years precisely because it's a wonderful community. I love the beautiful landscaping, my neighbors, the management and the helpful maintenance staff. The management staff is always there to make sure have are happy and feel safe. Maintenance is there if I have any issues and they are quick to solve them. The staff at East Bay is friendly and genuine. I can not see myself living anywhere else!

2016 - This has been the best apartment we have ever lived in! It's clean, well taken care of, and the staff is so friendly and willing to help! I cannot say enough good things about East Bay! We took a risk and rented here site unseen and have never regretted it! The people who live around us are great as well! Love it!
UPDATE: We moved back here a year later and I would STILL say the same! I love living in one of their properties! I know that we are well taken care of and cared about as residents! They have gone above and beyond so many times for my family. Everything is done well and respectfully

East Bay Apartment Homes is a great place to live! I enjoyed my 6 month stay in this quiet community. The management staff is professional, courteous, and always willing to help. On three separate occasions I contacted management about very minor maintenance concerns with my dishwasher, steps, and front door. On each occasion management scheduled the maintenance staff to address the concern right away, and the necessary repairs were made the following day. I was very impressed and satisfied. I would describe my overall experience as very positive. I would definitely recommend East Bay Apartments
