I have personally lived in 2 different floor plans on this property and loved both! Huge closets, LOVE my patio, very dog friendly and tons of kids for my son to play with. Not to mention a great school system and we have 4 buses that pick up on the property. The office is always doing resident events and took the COVID shut down very serious. Feels more like a neighborhood than an apartment complex

I had so many bad experiences living here from severe issues in my apartment, to it taking forever for someone to come fix the things going wrong in it. I lived in my apartment while it was FLOODING for weeks, so badly my furniture was wet and I was walking through deep puddles to get anywhere. The office was also very rude to me on several occasions. I don’t recommend this place to anyone, I luckily bought a home and broke the lease to get out of there over a year ago. I’ve been meaning to leave a review to warn everyone and finally remembered because a friend of mine was considering this

I don’t even know where to start on how great this apartment is! I’m in love and in love with the staff. It’s a place I can call home.
It all started the week before we moved in. We came and viewed a beautiful remodeled apartment, not knowing that we were to view another apartment (because of COVID you take your self on the tour). We fell in love and we exclaimed to Alisha that it was the one we wanted. It’s the day we move in and I’m talking to Trinity (my sweet sweet friend I didn’t know worked there) telling her how excited I was to move in to the beautiful all white and silver

After 3 years we ran into a horrible situation with neighbors. The ENTIRE office staff : Tara, Nikole, Trinity, and Alicia were extremely helpful and understanding. They are now transferring us into another apartment and being completely amazing with the process. While I feel that the pool can be a little more maintained at times I'll say that Audubon is a pretty tight nit community and we love it.

Spent a year at Audubon Park, loved every moment. Very clean, peaceful neighborhood with a very helpful staff. Trinity is always on point with replying to emails with any issues or concerns you may have, and she is very friendly and welcoming. The same can be said for the rest of the staff in the leasing office, they are all great! The apartments are clean, bug-free, cozy, and the rent isn’t too bad for the living experience. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you want to live in midtown Daphne, local to shopping and restaurants. 5 stars from us!

We only spent one year in Audubon as we were working through the sell of one home and the purchase of another, but can say the staff is great and the apartments are very spacious and clean. We only had to call maintenance a couple times for minor issues and there were very quick to respond. The amenities are nice and well kept. I would recommend this complex to others.

Lived in a two bedroom apartment here with my two roommates. Loved having the gym on site (saved money on a membership). The maintenance staff is beyond amazing here! Our refrigerator went down on a holiday and Butch came out the same day to fix the issue. Always had hot water even after the other roommates took showers (had issues at another place). The two ladies at the front office were always friendly when I used the tanning bed.
