I wish I could give this place more stars. The staff is THE BEST, the community is great, the apartments are so beautiful. I was nervous moving into my first apartment, but the staff is super helpful, accommodating, and SO caring. I'm having the best time ever! The staff even puts on events during the holidays for their residents, they're the best.

I don’t know where to even begin with this place. The garbage. Omg the garbage situation is horrendous. The management. Tiffany Smith needs to be replaced. New management is needed. I’m not only resident that has said it. Just scroll the comments. It’s awful. THE SPIDERS!! Omg there are so many spiders and so many WEBS! All these amenities they promised and residents pay for were not available until MONTHS after we moved in. Claire however was so very sweet to us. Any time we have any type of concern she was always understanding and did her best to help and accommodate us. The units themselves

I've lived here for about a year and a half and have had a great experience. Most of the bad reviews are from the previous staff and ownership of the property before it sold half way through my lease. The new staff is amazing and you can definitely tell they care about the residents. It's a great location! Plus, the pool and gym are very nice and always clean.

This is by far the best apartment complex that I have lived it. They respond to my service requests in a timely manner. The amenities are always in great shape. The dog park could definitely use some upgrades as well as the amount of doggy waste bag stations around the entire complex. They are very fur friendly, but this does result in a lot of unpleasant piles around due to the lack of bag stations. It’s an amazing location! There are great walking/running/biking trails leading into downtown Fairhope just a few miles away.
