I love this place.. coming from Florida this is one of most beautiful areas I've ever lived at.. the amenities are amazing and grounds are always clean and perfectly maintained. The office staff are friendly and always willing to help with anything I've needed. True luxury style living. Best community I've ever stayed at by far.. thanks 😊

Rebecca is the absolute sweetest . From the moment I walked into the leasing office , she has been so helpful and accommodating with my move to the area. The property feels really safe to me and my apartment is a delight. The other staffs seems to be just as awesome . Can’t wait to continue to see how this unfolds .

I've been living here for 3.5 years and I love it. The staff and residents are friendly. Maintenance has solved every maintenance issue that I have ever had in a timely manner. The office staff is friendly and helpful and love my dogs. I've never had a problem with any of the residents, but then again, I mind my own business. I don't bother people and they don't bother me. I love living here and plan on living here a long time.

Resident here for about 1 year, went in to talk about possibly renewing my lease. Shaelah was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. I am really happy with the experience. The apartment complex is safe, well kept and maintenance are done without delay. I wouldn't hesitate to live here contrary to what some reviews have said i've never had a bad experience.

I don’t recommend living here if you have young kids. Especially on the first floor. After 3 weeks living here we are moving because of the bug and noise problem. Roaches (massive), silverfish, and spiders are everywhere. You can hear even the slightest movement from the people above you... so if they have pets you can hear them running around all hours of the night. We knew we wouldn’t be able to live here for our entire lease because we planned on building a home but we were told we’d just pay the next month’s rent to get out of the contract, now we are told there is a $2,000 buy out

This is a brand new community and there's nothing like being the first person to live in a beautifully designed space. From the moment I walked into the office I just knew this was the place I was going to call home. JoHannah and Shaelah warmly welcomed me, listened to my needs and showed me around the property. There was no hard sell, and really one wasn't needed. They've really got a stunning property to show off. The interiors are gorgeous. Beautiful, plank like, wood look flooring throughout except in the bedroom and office (in the one bedroom) where there is plush carpeting. State of the art
