Beware as this is not the Kristoffer’s Bakery that is widely known. This is one that has newly opened and is almost a carbon copy of Kristoffer’s Cafe and Bakery (with actual #1 Tres Leches). The customer service here is a brick wall, as they aren’t willing to listen or compromise. Good, successful businesses are open to comments and complaints- this place is not. The lady there, named Christina, was extremely passive aggressive, immature, and rude. I called and simply explained that we might show up 5-10 minutes after closing to pick up the order. MMMMMMMM…. If you’re anywhere near the southwest side, don’t miss this fantastic, delicious, family-run bakery. Cristina, Kristoffer and Carlos are an awesome, friendly team. The delicious, moist tres leches cakes come in many flavors, like coconut, caramel, and specialty flavors like pumpkin, Oreo, and Abuelita (Mexican hot chocolate). The chocoflan is to die for.

The most beautiful bakery with the most delicious and moist cupcakes! They have a variety of flavors; the bakery is always clean and customer service is exceptional. My favorites cupcakes are the Rum and Raisin, Hennessy Caramel, Baileys Rum Cream, Vanilla Rum and Red Velvet. If you are ever in the Sunrise area, stop by and treat yourself! You will not regret.

BEST Carrot cake in the area! I ordered a carrot cake and it was super moist and fluffy for at least 2 days. It was very flavorful. This is my go to bakery for carrot cake!
