What sets our cakes apart from the rest? Almost every part of our cakes is made fresh and from scratch in the Bartleby's kitchen-including the ice cream! We pour our hearts into every batch of ice cream, every pan of brownies, and every swirl of frosting to ensure that your order is extraordinary. Your special occasion is special to us too!
Shipping costs are $45 for frozen packages and $15 for nonfrozen packages. Any package that contains ice cream will include dry ice and insulated box liners to maintain super cold temperatures. We now ship to all states in the continental US! Shipments go out on Tuesday or Wednesday and take 1-2 days to arrive.

Loved our experience here!! It was the first time we ordered from Bartleby's and it won't be the last. We live in Fulton Market and it was a short drive to the location. The curbside delivery was easy and effecient.

Rhonda and Rachel were an absolute delight to work with!
My husband is vegan and there's nothing that we love more than vegan ice cream, so naturally, when we found Bartleby's, we were very excited for the cake testing for our wedding. Our cake testing was virtual, which simply meant that we ate a loooot of vegan ice cream while Rachel helped build our cake.
Fast forward to our wedding date: Our guests absolutely loved our cake. I sadly didn't eat any during our wedding, so we recently reordered the top half of our cake, and boy of boy was it worth the wait!

Took my order with only a few days away, and the cake came out literally perfect! They did a great job making sure they understood the order right, and did better job making the cake than I could have expected. Also had vegan options for every part of the cake, which is so great! And it tasted and looked amazing!

I cannot stress enough, how much I think everyone needs a little Bartleby's in their life. I ordered an ice cream cake for my sons birthday. Ordering online was as simple as can be. I had it delivered- how awesomely convenient! Was sent a reminder email the day before, and the person delivering the cake kept in touch via text as traffic had them slightly delayed (only by a few minutes). The cake was amazing and delicious. The sprinkle filled mini ice cream cones were a favorite from my sons and even their uncle! I would say I wish they were closer, but my scale says otherwise 10/10 will order

Bartelby’s did an outstanding job on our Pikachu cake! Everyone wowed when they saw it come out, very well done! The cake itself was super delicious, the premium ingredients used are definitely notable justifying the price point. We chose to go with toasted coconut ice cream and brownie bottom but are excited to try other combinations. The cake was a hit! We were also impressed with the level of service received, the team was very responsive and helpful all throughout the process. My only regret is not getting the larger size, it was gobbled up fast.

Loved this experience and the cake so much! Excellent customer service and attention to detail. The cake exceed expectations in design and taste. I chose the vegan Vanilla as one of our ice cream flavors. My family turned their nose up at the sound of it at first, u til they took a bite. Everyone wanted seconds! So good. Trying to figure out another excuse to order again ;)

Both the ice cream and the customer service at Bartleby's is incredible!! Every conversation I had with them during the ordering process was fantastic. They were all so sweet. But the ice cream is amazing!! We made a specialty order for my husband's birthday and were blown away by the flavor of the ice cream! I am so excited to order from them again!!

Oh boy, I'm a fan. I ordered a 10 pack of ice cream sandwiches, half vegan ice cream (sugar cone crunch) and half dairy ice cream (cookies & cream). The chocolate chip cookies are a great consistency, tasty, and hold up well in the sandwich. Both of the ice creams were spot on, and the sandwiches were positively bursting at the seams! I personally enjoy the fact that each one looks handmade and uneven. Would definitely order again and again, but only wish is that they were able to mix and match more flavors within the 10-pack, but it's a small operation so I understand the small batch

I had been looking for someone to make a delicious ice cream cake for my daughter's birthday, not one that has been sitting in a freezer for weeks. Not knowing what exactly I wanted the cake to look like she called me and suffered pleasantly through my inability to describe anything with words. I couldn't have been more pleased. The cake was beautifully decorated and the taste... AMAZING.
Everyone absolutely loved the flavors of our cake. We chose brownie crumbles and a mix of chocolate and salted caramel ice cream with a whipped cream chocolate icing and whipped cream vanilla piping

And wow, Bartleby's SHOWED UP FOR ME.
Honestly, the cake was better looking than the Daddy it was for (and based on.) I was so happy I could watch my man eat that cake on Father's Day. Watching him eat himself like that?
