New patients can save time by printing and completing paperwork before coming to the first appointment. You can use our Authorization for Release if you need medical records sent to our office. If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments canceled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time. Our office accepts many HMOs, PPOs, and other health plans including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, CIGNA, Humana, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, United HealthCare, and Workers Compensation.

Based on my experience I understand why others have rated their experience so high. First appointment. Very impressed and happy with the results. Understood my problem, then explained what needed to be done and what to expect after leaving the office, then solved my problem. Even helped finishing the application, forgot to fill in pages beneath the top page. Was comfortable immediately and through the entire appointment.

A few months ago, I asked friends who they use for a foot Dr and they told me Dr Miller. I went to see him; he did the job and didn't hurt me. I made another apt later on, but there was a dear friends sudden death so I had to cancel. This week I had an appointment, and that morning- just hours before my apt; new herniated discs in my back with sciatica, had gotten so bad I was in such agony and not able to even walk. I phoned to explain, apologize and reschedule. he answered the phone and when I got to asking about canceling and rescheduling he SCREAMED LOUDLY at me --NO!!!

Dr. Miller is so awesome I almost wish there was my wrong with my feet so I could see him more often. Had a procedure on my foot and it turned out great. Dr. Miller is attentive and caring, but also tells it like it is. Hopefully something else goes wrong with my feet so I can go back to his office, ha!

Dr. Miller is an exceptionally caring and skilled doctor. He always took time with my appointments to listen to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and did thorough assessments/exams before rendering any decisions or recommendations. With my foot problems, he was clear that we could use less invasive treatments rather than going straight to surgery, but for me, the less invasive options had already been tried and I was ready for something different. Still, in contrast to other doctors, he recommended a simple, less invasive surgery that had me back on my feet really quickly. I have none
