BEWARE. - terrible incompetent office staff. Had appointment scheduled, rearranged my day to accommodate the only time they had available. Filled out all the useless paperwork on line for the appointment. When I arrived at the office they said it was for a different day. Not true since I had a detailed convo with the scheduler when I called and discussed a specific date. They were rude and wouldn’t squeeze me in for a 10 min appt. (I was already there and came from a distance). Too many competent podiatrists to go here.

The result was not at all what was promised by Dr. Stone. I regret having the procedures. I had both feet operated on for severe bunions. Even with severe bunions I could walk perfectly for miles at a time ( as many as 10 to 12 miles). I had callouses, to be sure; but, they were hardened and caused no pain. It was inconvenient for me, however, because I could only fit shoes that came in 6E. That size is extremely difficult to find. The only ones I could find that also fit comfortably were New Balance which only have gym shoes available and are special order. Also, my feet were ugly in appearance

Dr. Gosse was great with my broken foot. He addressed all of my concerns and took the time to answer all of my questions.

My entire family at appointments scheduled at 15 minute intervals. We were asked to arrive early to complete paperwork. We arrived 15 minutes to complete paperwork. The paperwork took 30 minutes because the receptionist struggled to keep the paperwork organized and transcribe the information from our insurance card accurately. My husband and 2 kids were finally seen 30 minutes after our 1st scheduled appointment. They then sat in the room waiting for the dr for another 25 minutes. At this point we had been waiting 55 minutes since our 1st scheduled appointment. My husband came back out to talk
