A podiatrist, also called a doctor of podiatric medicine, is a specialist who provides medical diagnosis and treatment of foot and ankle problems, such as bunions, heel pain, spurs, hammertoes, neuromas, ingrown toenails, warts, corns and calluses. A podiatrist also renders care of sprains, fractures, infections, and injuries of the foot, ankle and heel.
In addition to undergraduate medical school training, podiatrists also attend graduate school for a doctorate degree in podiatry. Podiatrists are required to take state and national exams, as well as be licensed by the state in which they practice. According to the American Podiatric Medical Association, there are an estimated 15,000 practicing podiatrists in the United States.

Sandra is thorough and polite, so you know you are off to a great start from the moment you make your appointment and throughout your office visit. Dr. Tunnat had the perfect bedside manner and will find out exactly what you need. When I first went to the Evanston Foot and Ankle Clinic 10 years ago my feet and ankles were in the worst shape--today they are strong and healthy!

Was told that there was no use removing callouses because they come back, true! Kennett told me to get exray Then he gave me a cortisone shot which did nothing. My new Doctor went straight to the problem and eleviated my pain instantly That I've endured over 4 months just by a visual diagnosis. All the running around and painful cortisone shot would have been avoided if if went to new Doctor first.

He wrote a very general note that didn't sway or lessen the walking at all. Today, I had a 9am appointment. I walked in at 9:03. Yes, late. He says to his office staff, loud enough for me and another patient to hear, "She's late for her 9 o'clock appointment!" The office staff person said, "It

I wish to share with you my experience I had in the past with the dr. Tunnat
I would like to divide my evaluation/review into different areas. I will also grade them according to quality of level. (Zero-0- will never come back/will never referred to a friend/family member ; Ten- 10 definitely will recommend a friend/family member). Each of them covers different areas of my experience:
1. Scheduled appointment:
Definitely it is very easy to schedule regular or an urgent appointments with the doctor. ( I give him -10)
2. Office and the waiting time:
The office is clean, and welcoming. The waiting
