It doesn't matter why you need roadside assistance, from a battery replacement to a stalled engine, you need help now. The chances are good, however, that if you need assistance from somewhere along the side of the road, your day isn't going well. At least not at the present. Hopefully, your day gets better, and that is where we come in.
It can happen at any time, it can happen anywhere, and both of those can be factors in getting towing service. Fortunately, for those folks who contact BTR Recovery, neither of those issues is a problem. It doesn't matter when you have that flat, blow out or engine problem, BTR Recovery will come. It doesn't matter if that car issue happens 1 mile or 100 miles from home, BTR recovery will come.
It happens all the time and sometimes there is nothing we can do but get help. It can be quite difficult to change a tire without a tire iron, maybe you should have remembered to get that back before you left the house! It might also be a bad idea to attempt a tire change (even with the right equipment) if you are wearing your best white dress shirt.
Yes, the truth is, locked car keys will create a delay in your schedule. The difference between half a day and one hour though is more than a delay. Our goal at BTR Recovery is to help make sure that locked car keys don't destroy your day. We strive to get timely help your way so getting help for car unlocks doesn't have to mean rescheduling your entire day.
When it comes to getting road service, we don't think it should be difficult. We also don't think it should take a week to get help or aggravate an already existing problem with poor service. From simple fixes such as running out of gas to something more involved such as a windshield replacement, good service isn't rocket science.

Critical: Professionalism
They cracked the oil pan while unloading and then ghosted me when they went to take photos of the damage (which were never provided to me). Despite the mechanic corroborating what happened I eventually had to file a claim with AAA after months of trying to get them to take responsibility.

Just had a excellent experience with BTR recovery. BMW X6 stopped in a parking lot at a awkward angle. 1st tow company came and did not have the tools or skills to tow the vehicle. BTR came through, they were timely, professional and they got the job done. I am
a hard person to impress, but I was blown away by their hard work. Hopefully I will never need them again, but if I do, this will be the first and only company I call.

Stuck at I 40 and exit 108.
Was told by AAA that help was on the way in 45 mins.
Called back 1 1/2 hrs later,
And they said wait for another
1 hr. Someone would be there.
Nothing happened. I'm waiting
With two little girls and my wife, in the hot sun. When a
Milk tanker pulls in front of me and offers to to help change the tire on my large
Camper. Job complete in ten
Mins. I bought the the young man some lunch. BTR contracted with AAA to
Do this work. After lunch they still never showed up, we drove off. I'm going to cancel
My AAA membership and get
Something else.

THANK YOU BTR for your help! Specifically Cecil for the excellent customer service. I blew a tire tonight & after waiting 4 hours on 2 different tow companies my insurance finally sent a reliable company. Cecil arrived in 8 minutes & after determining my car could not be towed with the tow truck that had arrived, Cecil then continued to make arrangements to take us home so we didn’t have to wait on second tow truck in 38 degree weather. Your services made our night easier! Cecil replied “I’m glad I could make you’re night a little better” my partner & I agreed you made our experience

After waiting 4 hours for another company, my insurance contacted BTR to take over our towing ticket. BTR called in 5 minutes and was on their way. They got my vehicle and had it here faster then I ever imagined. The guy on the phone was very nice and helpful. Well knowledged. Definitely recommend.

I don't often give one stars, but I didn't feel like this company wanted my business, I wasn't a valued customer, and I wasn't worth their time. They also weren't the most professional over the phone. I called them once my insurance notified me they were dispatched & told them I was on Tinker AFB. They told me they couldn't get on the base unless I was meeting them at the gate so they weren't able to help me. I called and verified with Tinker Pass & ID that they didn't need me present to gain access. Then they claimed their driver had firearms in the truck so they couldn't help me. So, if I met
