Very nice guy, super eager to help and went above and beyond my expectations!! Absolutely recommend! I had a problem with the replacement screen he installed, I think it was just a manufacture defect but he was more then willing to replace it, free of charge. He even threw in a screen protector! If you’re screen is cracked don’t hesitate to let him fix your phone!

We have been very pleased with Eric at the Phone Doctor. We've had at least 3-4 phones repaired here so far with him. We had an issue with one display that was replaced and still having lag issues. Eric replaced this free of charge. They have very reasonable prices overall.

Extremely honest and fair! I brought in my wife's phone with a cracked screen, but turns out it was just the protective cover that was cracked!
They could've charged me for a new screen and sent me on my way but they did the honest thing and just pointed out that the cracks were just in the screen protector. Peeled off the screen protector and sure enough, screen underneath was perfectly fine! Gave 'em a bottle of wine and a huge thank you for not costing me money for a replacement screen I didn't need. I'll definitely be back for any phone fixes in the future. Highly recommend!

Been here twice, most recently today. First time was to have a battery replaced in an iPhone. Today was to replace a screen on an iPhone. The owner is very friendly and fast. He quoted me a price and estimated the time to repair over the phone and when I came in the price was the same as his quote and he completed the job in the time frame he quoted.I will continue to use Phone Doctor of Austin! I love it when a neighborhood store has such friendly service.

I dropped my iPhone X a couple of times this year which resulted in non-responsive and blank screen. The first time, I went to a different place and while he was able to replace my screen, my face ID no longer works, the keys weren't very responsive to touch, and my signal drops when using Waze.
The second time I dropped my phone, I was about to go for a replacement at the Apple store but my husband nudged me to try this place. Eric did not disappoint. He had the part back-ordered so he called me it became available. I told him about the issues prior to dropping the phone the 2nd time

Under promise and over deliver! This was my second trip to see Erik at phone doctor of Austin. I use to leave in the neighborhood now I live down the road but I went out of my way because their prices and service cannot be beat! FRAUD!!!
DO NOT change your SCREEN here! It is an aftermarket and not the original screen!
They claimed the screen replacement is oem (original equipment manufacturer) but it is a counterfeit.
I had confirmed with them multiple times it was oem before deciding to fix my screen. Once it was fixed I said the color looks off but they assured me and I trusted them again. Once I got home I compared it with my husband's phone and the difference was very obvious. Color is washed out and brightness was poor.
Contacted the place and they will only refund me if I drive back there, wait 30 mins

Had my girlfriend go here to have the screen on her Nexus 6 replaced. The phone was operating fine otherwise. When we got the phone back, the speaker pegs / grille were missing for the top and bottom. Also, the back of the phone was bent and peeling.
When asked if they could fix the issue, they refused saying they're too worried they'll damage the phone further. They didn't offer money back for the damaged or misaligned assembly.
I added some pictures for reference - notice the misaligned pegs for the speakers and the bent / peeled back that will come off in a month.
