I've been taking my vehicles to DL automotive for quite some time and they've always done an excellent job. In this case I had to replace my alternator and they also replaced my serpentine belt. After replacing the alternator I noticed that the battery light kept coming back on intermittently. Once I brought it back they retested it and discovered that the alternator that they had put in was bad and needed to be replaced. They replaced it free of charge and it only took about an hour of my time. This is considering that they had to order the part from advanced Auto parts and wait for it to come

DL Automotive is great!!.........My husband likes to work on our cars himself, but whenever he can't, he trusts our cars to DL......I love their convenient location and accomodating hours.......My husband makes the calls when it comes to servicing the cars, and if he's happy with DL's, that's good enough for me.

I was referred here by another mechanic that did not do transmission work. They where able to replace my clutch in a reasonable amount of time, even though they where extremely busy at the time. The staff and owner is very friendly, open and upfront as far as cost and repair times.
They worked with me even when we ran into an unexpected issue during the repair. I will use them again for any car repairs that I may have in the future. Please be advised that this is a really busy shop, so call ahead and make an appointment.

They accommodated me first thing in the morning without an appointment, I explained the issues with the car and I was quoted a decent and fair price. When it turned out I needed more work then originally quoted he gave me the parts and labor at a discounted price. They also showed me all the issues with my car so I could see for myself that what they were stating was wrong with the car was in fact correct. It was a great experience overall and I would def bring my car back for future needs. I felt like I was dealing with a honest and reputable business.

OK Here we go..I was stranded..my car needed lots of repair..I explained to the man at the service desk my situation. (not a very friendly guy ).I needed my car fixed and he told me that it would cost almost 1000 dollars to fix it..Hmm..I thought immediately..too pricey for the work they wanted to perform..I took my car elsewhere and had it done for half the price they wanted..They have a diagnostic charge of over 80 dollars to just tell me what my car needed..Hmm..never had to pay something like that before..My suggestion is to find a garage that will be friendly and less pricey then D and L Automotive
