I have been to this salon 2 times, I guess it depends on the day an the person you get. The lady that did my nails the first time, super sweet and my nails were beyond cute!
But today, conplete different story. I could care less that my nails look the way they do, but the way this lady treated me was pitiful. She was grabbing my hand and pulling them to her, snatching my hands, all while popping my fingers doing so(painfully). At one point she was filing my nails while one arm was completely contorted. I asked for round and got square. My nails were done very sloppy. Although she did an excellent

Went with my 2 daughters and thier God father to get mani & pedi's. An Employee was doing a pedicure next to us. The employee "Kim" who was doing my daughter pedicure asked the other employee something in thier language and the other employee handed Kim the foot scrub brush she just finished using on the customer. Kim sat the brush down and kept tending to my daughter feet. I was watching Kim closely. After a few minutes went by Kim picked that same brush up that she was handed from the other employee sitting next to her and Kim attempted to use that brush on my daughter feet. I called her out

Y’all it’s spooky season, and Deluxe Nails & Spa Georgetown is about it! The nail technicians were all sooo nice to my friends and I, we felt like royalty. My nails turned out 100x cuter than the Pinterest post I showed the nail-art tech, and she perfectly drew almost all of it! She’s so talented, I can’t believe these are my own sns dip nails. I’m so happy we found this place!!! Thank you guys!

Update: I got gel and the nails chipped after 5 days:( They did look pretty, though!
I loved it here! The ladies were very sweet. The atmosphere was very calming and relaxing and I enjoyed the music they played. I'm not from the area but when I come back to Georgetown, I'll definitely stop by here again.

These are by far the very worst nails I've ever had. This is after I made the guy repair some of them. The pictures do it no justice as to how terrible these nails are. The guy refused to take off the old nails!! Which were blue! I told him, blue is going to show thru the lighter colors. And they did. They look terrible. And now I have to go to a different place and pay to have them done again. Unacceptable. Also some chemical they use there burns like hell unbearable. They need to be reported bc whatever they're using isn't normal. And I see other reviews saying the same thing. Unbearable pain
