Services
KAREN SCOTT FITNESS is a beautiful, fully-equipped studio located in a charming downtown El Segundo neighborhood. Since the facility is located at a private residence, the exact address will be provided upon booking an appointment. Karen offers private sessions by appointment only at your convenience Monday through Friday.
Yours truly served as a panelist for a super fun, super femme Microsoft/Bing event for their employees and advertisers, moderated by Lynne Kjelso. The topic: CONFIDENCE. As a 10+ year veteran of the ad business, I had a lot to say! It was an honor to sit next to Natalie Young, Libby Bush, and Clara Kim - all of whom are super impressive rockstars at their trade.
On your first visit, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time to complete the new client paperwork. At subsequent sessions, there is no need to arrive in advance of your appointment time, but if you do arrive early, please be respectful of other clients as their session wraps up.

Karen has supported, guided and mentored me in my Pilates practice for quite some time. After working out with her I feel stronger, more present, relaxed and energized. I love how she integrates classical Pilates with new tools and teaching techniques. I can count on Karen to include a mix of my favorite exercises as well as surprising new challenges. There's nothing like her 6 am class to get my day started and ready to enjoy and conquer all that comes my way!

Karen is one of the best around! I love any session I can get with her. She’s super knowledgeable, fun, and creative with her classes. I always leave feeling like I had the perfect blend of de-stressing and working hard. I am so glad I found her!
