Areli was absolutely amazing! I did laser 10 years ago and I was long overdue for a touch up. I did my lip, chip, underarm & Brazilian. Areli was so welcoming and informative through the process. I was a bit nervous and she made me feel so comfortable and made sure that I wasn’t in any pain. I would hands down recommend her to anyone looking to do laser! It was my first session, when I’m done I will update my review with my results and final opinion.

Save your money and go somewhere else! I never write reviews but I wanted to warn you because I wished someone would have warned me. I tried this place because it had a good Groupon deal & great reviews BUT there is no way these reviews are real. First off this "spa" is in an office building basement. The front desk lady is ALWAYS on the phone having personal conversations while you are waiting to be greeted or waiting for the tech Jennifer.
Jennifer is NOT sweet & kind. She is actually very cold and unpleasant. The laser machine is old and outdated so you will not see any results until the 5th

I was pleasantly surprised with the space. It is always immaculate and the machines are all up to date. You need to be sure that you are the right candidate if you are doing hair removal. I have been treating several areas and the results are noticeable but not as dramatic as I had hoped after the number of treatments I have completed.

Jennifer is amazing, I wish I did hair removal years ago. At 40 years old not sure why I waited so long... Very happy with the service, such a clean office and now with these guidelines it’s even more important. Jennifer has so many years of experience so that made me feel more comfortable. Very accommodating with appointments and sending reminders, also able to view online history and how many sessions are left.

Jen the receptionist is always cheerful and super accommodating .The technician Jennifer is just amazing with helping me reach my goals, I always leave feeling prettier. I bought a Groupon worth of 3 sessions to see if I like this place first before making it my regular goto for laser hair removal. I went in the first time hoping to have treatment done that day but I was told by jennifer she prefers to test out an area and have me come back. Which was not what I wanted but safety first so I completely understood. When I came back for my treatment it was on a day their machine wasn't working properly in fact jennifer had to stop in the middle of her last patient. After waiting 30 minutes, the machine was up and running again. I sat and talked with jennifer
