I went here to remove or lighten a scar. They ended up making the scar appear worse after the visit. The doctor didn't just aim his device on the particular area. The person doesn't have a good eye or a steady hand. Maybe they just didn't care. I'm not sure but my problem is unresolved. I'm very disappointed. Sad even.

I went here to get coolsculting on my neck back in may and after 10 minutes the machine was not working. All that was placed on my skin was some jell cream. Long story short, I still have blemishes or freeze burns on my under chin just from 10 minutes on the machine that broke down. I think there should be more of protection on the skin from becoming burned. The staff were friendly though.

Karen and her front desk are so personable, sweet and helpful. Dr. Kerin is knowledgeable, friendly, up on all the new procedures and products as well as the ones you are familiar with. I trust him wholeheartedly. He is and will always be my dermatologist. 20 minutes from Bergen County NJ (which is where I come from) Great office. Found them through a Groupon for laser tattoo removal. They have been amazing- from the office staff to the technician/aesthetician (Carlee) to the doc!
They are welcoming and happy and a pleasure to interact with!
And the results? I couldn’t ask for a better outcome- I hoped at best to get it light enough that I could cover it up with another tattoo- but under the instruction and care of Carlee it looks like it will fade into nothing! I’m so grateful and lucky to have found them!!

I been going to Dr Kerin for 1 year now , I never been so happy I had my neck done. The outcome was amazing at first was 90 percent happy he did touch up at no charge I became 100 percent happy , what I love about Dr Kerin is that he wants to make sure his job is as you expected, unlike other places you have to wait long , at Dr Kerin you only wait most 10 minutes . I’m so happy I found this place and im not letting go ! I’m bringing few friends with me soon .

Great experience with my laser tattoo removal. Tianna is amazing! She did a wonderful job. I was super nervous and she made me feel at ease. She took her time to make sure she got every spot! Dr. Kerin was also great, he gave me the lido shots and made sure I was in no pain which is very important to me. The people at the front desk were very friendly, the office is neat and clean and they have parking. Awesome overall experience and I would highly recommend them to everyone.
