The cabin my girlfriend and I stayed at was beautiful. It was secluded and had all the amenities we needed to enjoy ourselves. We loved having use of the hot tub and saw many deer wandering around while we were soaking. It was the perfect romantic getaway! Staff even worked with us on the rate. We will definitely be back in the future! Thank you!

My Family and my Daughter's family stayed in Sam's Cabin in July of 2018 and had a great time! To a person, everone's reaction upon entering the cabin was "Wow"! It's a rustic but very nice, if not luxurious "cabin", although it's furnished like a home! It has 3 bedrooms including a master bedroom with a master bedroom bathroom. One of the rooms has bunk beds which my kid and grand kids loved! The main bathroom has a massive jacuzzi tub!
The kitchen is fantastic and includes granite counter tops, a full size stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave

Our family stayed at the Sam’s Log Cabin recently and LOVED it! It is a real log cabin so you definitely get the feeling of being in the mountains. The cabin is up to date with nice appliances and a huge island plus the open plan doesn’t make you feel cutoff from the rest of the family when you are cooking in the kitchen. The cabin is not too far from anything so you are in a quiet area but you still can get to town and the grocery store easily. The neighborhood is a fabulous place to take walks and you have a view as you walk the neighborhood of the valleys and in some places you can see all

These cabins are very nice! The first time I went, it was just my husband and me and we loved the cabin so much, we decided to take family and were able to stay at another cabin. The cabins are clean and have all things you need to stay in and cook. The cabins we stayed at are located in areas where you can enjoy peace and quiet from the deck. I can't wait to go again to Ruidoso and stay at the same or reserve another cabin from this company.

Best of Ruidoso? Not so great. We just came back home from staying In the Balmer Lodge Cabin 2 nights 3 days. Usually when you rent something it’s suppose to be CLEAN but not this one bed sheets dirty and I mean DIRTY and I mean full of stains!, floors had dirt, trash bags in the back of the cabin, no restocking in paper bags, paper towels nor any necessities needed! Please I recommend to have everything cleaned! I don’t blame the owners but the employees who are suppose to be doing their job and cleaning everything up!

Cabin looked ok at first sight. Later in our stay we discovered lots of dirt on the furniture and spider webs on the ceiling fans. View and atmosphere were not that great. Check out is at 11am. At 11:04 as we were getting ready to leave with out bags a man who doesn't work for the company, works for the cleaning company knocked and said "checkout was NO LATER than 11am". He then parked outside and stared at us until we left. No more than 5 minutes later I get a call from the cabins themselves telling me I have to leave... not the proper way to treat your guests. I'm sorry

We stayed here for my girlfriend's 30th birthday. We were disappointed with almost everything but the view. The beds were terrible. I definitely suggest bringing your own pillows. Towels had holes in them. Dried, old food around the house on the carpet. The hot tub only fits 4 vs the 8 they advertised. Everything but the flat screen tv in the living room is out of date. The pilot switch on the fireplace is finicky and after calling management for 24 hours, they finally sent someone to fix it. I can't figure out how to sleep 13. We only counted 11 spots. The location was great.

We decided to go to ruidoso, nm for christmas! We had rented with them before and had been happy. We stayed at the cloud nine retreat. The only thing premier about this cabin is the name! Upon arrival we inspected the cabin to find that It didn't appear that anyone had cleaned the cabin properly in at least a year! There was old food caked on the burners in the kitchen, there was food under the table that had been brushed off, the carpets were old and tired! After going down to separate apartment we found spider webs in the corner of the rooms as well as dead bugs along the

We stayed in The Rivers Bend cabin. The description for the cabin said that the Ruidoso River flows right behind and that you an fish from the deck, the little stream is very dirty and there is no way that there an be fish in there. The whole area around the cabin is very depressed and not very nice. The views from the cabin are almost nonexistent. One other thing is that you should expect ants every morning in the kitchen...
