A Nice Place in a good location. Friendly staff. Mature shade trees are nice too. Only con would be that some of the maintenance and upkeep leave a bit to be desired. The barbeque grills are disgusting and filthy. Also we have to smell skunky pot smoke at least 2 or 3 times a day from a next door cabin. But other than that ...a decent place with a nice rustic feel.

Cabins are cute and cozy and rustic. I stayed in a studio that seemed pretty reasonably priced. Cottage was clean and having a separate cabin felt nicely isolated from neighbors. The folks checking me in were polite and helpful. My only thing that felt odd was that my space had a kitchen (sink, dishwasher, small stove) but no kitchenware (pots / pans / spatula etc) to cook with. It felt odd, though it was fine as I didn't have any need to cook this time.

I have stayed at these cabins about 5 times in the last 3 years. Each time they are worse and we will not be staying there again. They are not cleaned well, all interior and exterior doors are filly, in desperate need of cleaning / painting.
The shower stall has feet stains on it, seems like they have never seen a can of comet or scrubbing bubbles.
The pillows were only 1/2 thick. We went to walmart and bought new pillow and when we took off the pillow slips to put them on the new pillows...long black hair was in the pillow slip. The beds are comfortable, but not sure the sheets were clean. Did

This place is awesome and affordable, definitely would recommend staying here. It's cozy quaint and quiet.( Traffic is a little close but not bothersome) Close to everything you could need or want. Fishing across the street and a couple of lakes near by. Shopping for days, casinos are close. I'm just amazed by this town and we're here in the heart of it. Yet it still feel like cabin camping in the woods. I love it.
