Took my 4 year old to Paris Nails for her very first mani and pedi and they did an amazing job! Everyone there was so sweet and nice and they went above and beyond to make it a special occasion for her! We’ll definitely be repeat customers!

Double booked my appointment and took someone else after letting me wait a whole hour on the dot while my friend who i made the appointment with got her nails done the whole time. I wont be back its not worth it due to how horrible this experience was. theres no fixing wasting an hour of someones time. Just rude.

It was my first time here today. I walked into the door and was kindly greeted by Ben. He also did my nails. The service and kindness he provided was amazing! You can tell he takes his time and cares about the quality of his work! I didn’t have to correct anything. Love the shape, color and shine ! 10/10 job and great service. Love my vacation nails, thanks Ben !!

Spend over 200$ [before tipping] every time I am there to be rushed to pay as if we are going to run & rushed through my nails and pedi always even when an appt is made and I am there hours before close. But they typically do a decent job on my nails hence why i continue to go. So I walk i at 7 pm ( on Tuesday night) I had last minute surgery and had to remove my two index finger nails for oxygen monitor etc & wanted it fixed because I work all week and leave town friday... to be looked in the face (with the open sign still on) no because shes too tired... 1. thats your right its your place of

Had an appointment - they didn't begin services till 70 mins after my appointment time. Then had to wait 30 minutes btw services, bc the person that does pedicures doesn't do hands, but I told them what services I was making and appointment for when I called and made the appointment. Then when they did get to my hands, they did what they wanted to my nails vs what I actually asked for, even though he was given a visual example. When addressed about this the owner was very unprofessional, showed zero accountability, nor concern for my time or my money. Will not be back.

I've been here numerous times and though I like the way they do my nails most times, they are super unprofessional when it comes to appointments and wait time. Every single time I've come I've made an appointment in advance. And every single time I wait at least 30 minutes up to an hour to be seated and lord knows before some comes to actually start my service. Im very irrated today as I sit here and wait.
