I specifically called ahead to see if my provider was available. 10 mins later when I walked in, I got pushed off onto a different provider, while the one I asked for stood there with confused look on her eyes through the mask. The provider that handled me, slubbered the job and could not get done with me fast enough.

I recently came in for a pedicure. It was the absolute worst pedicure I have ever had! The technician was obviously inexperienced. He trimmed my nails, “lathered” my legs and feet w lotion (not massage) and… then “buffed” my nails. He then proceeded to put my shoes back on. So I had to ask him to clean them bc he hadn’t done that. Then after “cleaning” my nails for maybe ten minutes they still weren’t even clean. I was so ready to get out of there bc of my disappointment. I always tip and I couldn’t even do that. It was terrible.

This was my first time being here. I got a full set and a pedicure (<-first time ever). My technicians were both amazing! They were didn’t rush they took there time to make everything perfect. The front… receptionist described and answered all my questions. Even helped me pick out the colors I had showed from a photo I showed her. Very knowledgeable!! Definitely recommend!
