Hannah is truly amazing!!! I have tried more than five nails salons in Jacksonville/Saint Johns to have my nails done but no one even comes close to her skills!!! She checks and rechecks how everything looks. I have her do the ombré pink/white shape. Her pedicures are the best I have ever had!! Everyone is super family and they honestly treat me like family whenever I call and come in! I highly recommend this place!!

Wow, this place was an amazing experience. It was my first time here and they took me at 530 even though they closed at 6. They never rushed me or made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Therry gave me an amazing massage and really took care of my feet. Will definitely go back here again.

I have been to Amy Nails quite a few times and generally had a good experience. Last week I had a small window of time to work in a pedicure and I was the first one standing at the door when they opened. Another lady came in behind me and went to the nail table and the only employee that I could see started working on her nails. I figured maybe she had an appointment or something. I picked out my nail polish and stood there waiting for someone to call me for my pedicure. As a hair stylist I hear great things about this nail salon and all their techs - all the time! I got to meet Hannah today, by appointment, and she was wonderful! I’ve never been this happy with my nails and I’m fairly picky. She made sure the shape was perfect and didn’t hurt me when doing my cuticles which I really appreciate! Already booked my next appointment. Also the salon is beautiful and very clean, calming music was very nice!

This is my go to place! Having recently moved down here, I was in desperate need of finding my nail lady. Boy did I find her. Please ask for heather!! She's super sweet but most importantly very detailed/thorough in getting you cleaned up. Weather it's a mani or pedi I always leave looking like I don't do anything with my hands. Plus, she always has my wine ready nice clean location and super friendly overall. Also they accept walk ins.

Wow!! This is probably the best pedicure I’ve ever had.. and I’ve had a lot. They really took their time, got all the dead skin off, and the polish looks perfect! Everyone was very helpful and kind. You couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Came in expecting a gel pedicure (originally $50) and ended up atrocious. When the lady redid my nails, my toes ended up bleeding and was honestly the worst pedicure of my life and was in pain (even days after)! Told them it was terrible and still was forced to pay $30... do NOT recommend.

Wow this place is awesome. I got the $40 pedicure and it was literally the best pedicure I've ever had. I definitely recommend Trish! She really took her time on massaging my legs and feet. She also killed it on my eyebrow wax. Did a good clean job. Wax wasn't too hot or too sticky. No leftover wax around the area. Great experience.

Their the best! They helped me picked out a color that was similar to this one i had saw in a picture and it was a perfect match! (The lighting in the picture i took made my nails look brighter red but in natural light it was the same as the picture).The nail tech ladies were all welcoming and sweet and very accommodating. I think i found my go to nail salon finally :)

Updated...1 week old gel manicure...gel is already peeling. That shouldn't happen.
I took a chance on this place. I just had my nails done on Saturday evening. My nails look like they were done 2 weeks ago. I have gel polish. Not ok. I did matching color - yeah, fingers and toes don't match. My pedicure...looks like I did it at home. They body about using fresh sanitized nail kits, but that's only half true. They did on it ties, not my fingers. Seriously disappointed. Won't be going back.

Average nail salon. It's not the best but not the worst. I had a 6:30pm that I arrived for at 6:25pm. The smell inside the salon is stronger than most other salons so their ventilation could use some work. I was sat down within a few minutes and then had to wait an additional 30 minutes before someone got started. The beer and wine offered is a nice touch but that's about as good as it gets. I got a kds deluxe pedicure that inside a couple masks and a reflexology massage. The technician I had did an average job. He did the bare minimum to get by. I would not return- services were not

Amy's nails is my go-to nail salon. I've gotten everything done, acrylic, gel, pedicures and sns. All the employees are friendly, and the salon itself is beautiful and clean. I've come here for years and every time I see the tools pulled out of sanitary bags.
Janet, Hannah and Trish are my personal faves, but everyone is great! Prices are normal and they offer free beverages!
