Whether you are new to Yoga or just looking for something a little less intense, we offer many classes per week that would be appropriate for you! Our non-hot classes are taught in a smaller room heated between 70-78*. We have a variety of class offerings in this lovely yoga space and limit our number to 15 students/class.

Both of our studios can be used for private and semi-private classes. This is ideal for teams, groups of friends and individuals that are looking for something personal. We offer a variety of HOT and NON-HOT classes throughout the week. Our amazing group of Yoga Alliance certified instructors are the best in the area and will help guide you on your own individual journey.
Services
Treat yourself to a weekend of self care and relaxation. Join Sibylle for a Crystal Bowl Sound Healing on Friday evening at 7:00 pm and return on Saturday afternoon for Guided Meditation and Gently Movement with Sunny at 3 pm.

With the use of 7 Quartz singing bowls, this vibrational healing experience tunes the energetic body to optimal balance, helping to remove blockages in the body's energy channels, as well as opening the main energy centers (chakras) and promotes deep relaxation.
This retreat will be filled with intentional yoga classes consisting of movement, meditation, pranayama, and self-reflection along with time to unwind, relax and just be. This retreat will immerse you in the practice of yoga and the simplicity of the great outdoors, helping you to discover your True Nature: who you truly are at the core of your being.
If the heat gets to be too much, try to stay in the room, come to child's pose or lie flat on your back. It is better to allow your body a chance to adjust~if you leave the studio you are just shocking your body and it becomes more difficult to return to class. That said, we do NOT lock you in the studio and if you must leave then do so.
We have several classes that are appropriate for students new to yoga as well as those looking to fine tune an existing practice or even supplement a more vigorous practice/ exercise routine. This approach to Vinyasa (linking breath to movement) in our non-heated room, helps us learn to breath, to reveal body awareness, inner strength, and improve flexibility.
Our hot classes are taught in a room ranging from 99-105*F. There are many benefits to using heat. The heat allows us to access tight muscles quickly while reducing the risk of injury. It increases pulse rate and metabolism, adding a cardiovascular aspect to the practice. The heat allows blood vessels to become more flexible therefore increasing circulation and getting blood flow to the limbs.

Currently due to the health crisis limited classes with outdoor yoga only. Other than that this is a great hot studio, I'd say best in the area for sure. Classes are plentiful and support a wide range of experience levels. They offer great deals for multiple classes and the community is great.

Excellent date place..
Note they are at a new location. 16625 Statesville rd
it is great if you just plan on doing their dessert... even more awesome if you are doing the four-course meal; though plan on having a great 2 1/2 to 3 hour eating and talking date in a fairly quiet and romantic environment.

Dope little studio. Everyone was so kind. Was visiting town and came here for about a week, every teacher I had was great but I was particularly impressed with Carole, her hands on assists went so well with her amazing flows. I really enjoyed the heated deep stretch/slow flow classes. Mary Kennedy was really fun and had an energizing flow too. Highly recommend this studio!!

Good variety of instructors. I used to go to my favorite yoga place in Charlotte, but they closed the location near me and I hadn't found another yoga studio that I liked until I went to Melting Point. I think the temperature is a couple of degrees cooler than the temperature in a Bikram studio, which is actually better imo.

After a long hiatus from yoga, mostly because I was lazy and didn't take the time to find a studio that my schedule allows me to attend classes, but recently my Massage Envy masseuse, April, told me about Melting Point Hot Yoga, so I have now been to 2 classes and really enjoyed it! Still have to see if I can make any weekdays, but weekends, this is going to be a regular for me! Friendly people, excellent classes, good instruction and gentle help when needed.......wonderful!
