Since my teaching journey began in 2010 I have completed thousands of hours of training in various styles of yoga and related healing arts, all of which work together to inform my personal teaching style.
Although I enjoy teaching a variety of classes including vinyasa flow, gentle/therapeutic, restorative, yin, and aerial yoga among others, my regular classes predominantly consist of strong but accessible mindfully-paced flows with great emphasis on breath, spinal alignment, and core connection.Class rhythms often evolve with the changing seasons in alignment with the teachings of Ayurveda.

Services
This is a strong but slower paced version of a vinyasa flow class (mindful movement linked together by breath), designed to place more focus on breath, body awareness, alignment, and intention. Movements are slower and postures may be held for a longer period of time building strength, stability, flexibility, and deeper awareness.
Brand new OTY students {first or second visit} can purchase this 2 week pass to experience any and all classes on our weekly schedule. At this time we are offering "sliding scale drop in" options in addition to our regular pricing model so that students struggling financially may "pay what you can" for online classes.
It is a deeply personal experience through which you can create more self-awareness and improve your overall physical wellness (strength, flexibility, mobility, stamina). Our weekly classes are mindfully structured to include a series of physical postures linked together with breath, which help you develop an awareness of and improve your physical, emotional and spiritual states.
Discover health, vitality and balance through learning Ayurveda, the traditional system of healing from India. The word "Ayurveda" means "to know life". This ancient practice is considered by many to be the sister science to yoga as they are both concerned with the development of the soul through proper care of the body and mind.
Like all of our appointment based offerings, this is a completely customized session based on the specific needs of the client(s). Multiple classes and styles of yoga offered every day for all levels(I had not ever formally worked put or participated in any type of yoga prior to this place)!!!!. AMAZING $20.00 TWO WEEK PASS..this place offers the most classes and has most flexibility out of them all. Whether youre looking to get into better shape or, maybe you're going through a hard time searching for inner peace and strength OTY is the place to get it!! Even if your life it totally perfect and 100%balanced, I'm sure a class at oty would make it all that much better. 4sure..The instructors really make you feel so welcome
