Service so amazing, I used their service twice.
I first contacted James when he posted that he received a used 2020 Toyota Corolla that was appropriately priced with low miles. I asked him right then and there what we needed to do in order to get that vehicle. He walked me through the process and it was so simple that I had the keys in my hand later that day. He walked me through the rates I received, the monthly payment and no hidden cost.
The second time I used their service was to obtain a brand new vehicle off the lot. He said to do my research and give him the exact model and features I

Big thank you too James for helping me get my truck, the service was amazing I will definitely be coming back in the future they made my truck buying a experience one not to forget I live in Vegas and they made sure I got the PERFECT truck and got it delivered all way to my house with no problem. Best part about it is I was busy with work so I never have time to stop by a dealership late at night, James made sure I was getting all the paper work without having to leave my home I don't think I will ever step into a dealership ever again after the great service here 10/10!

I had contacted them multiple times about a vehicle they had for sale. I had texted, called, emailed, and even went back to the listing and hit the RESERVE this vehicle tab. I did this all multiple times and nothing.
Then, the vehicle I wanted was ultimately sold.
When you're a business owner, you answer your phone, email and business phones.
There's really no excuse to the zero replies.

I just bought my first car with them and let me tell you, like anything it was a long process but it was all worth it . John and James are both really amazing men who went above and beyond to help me get my dream car. They really care about their customers happiness. On top of that The dealership is also very nice and provide refreshments which is lovely on these hot California days. I am incredibly happy I found them, it's hard to believe that anyone would of Been better. overall , i definitely recommend going here for a new car . You won't regret it !

Elite Motor Group deserves a 10/10!!! These guys have worked so hard to build exceptional service combined with knowledge, guidance & expertise. James helped guide me through both the search and purchase of my car. Given everything with COVID happening, I wasn't comfortable going into a dealership, so he arranged everything over the phone and by email. He even coordinated for my car to be delivered to my home! Talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE at its finest. Highly recommend using EMG to purchase or sell your vehicle.

Using a car broker is hands down the easiest way to buy a car-- James is the best! I reached out to him when I was first considering buying a new car and as soon as I was ready, he made it happen! He was very patient with me while I dealt with selling my old car and figuring out financing all while finding me a great deal on the exact make/model/trim/color I wanted. The car was delivered to me at work while on my lunch break and the paperwork took 15 minutes, I never had to go into a dealership!
