Brava! is about bringing pizza back to its rustic, 'compania' roots, letting the simple ingredients shine. We have two great Denver locations!
Thomas grew up on the rustic style of northern Mexican cooking and the glorious spices of western Indian cuisine mixed with a bit of traditional American fare. While in the Navy, Thomas had the opportunity to travel the world and experience a vast array of cultures. Through his journeys, he learned that the best way to connect and experience these cultures was through their food.
We do this out of passion for the craft, creating pizza from the hearth. Our mission is simple, pair fresh local ingredients with a wood-fire to create something people will love. Pizzeria is seeking wood fired pizza lovers with a passion for food and hospitality to join our growing team and work in an environment where you and your work are appreciated and valued.

Thomas Garnick, the owner is great! He knows a thing or two about customer service and takes customer feedback seriously. He's always striving to get better despite the fact of being the best! He strives to create a truly unique and exceptional customer experience. Get the Board, Brava! Pizzeria update their board seasonally and try different ingredients and techniques. Currently they are featuring 3 cured meats, 3 cheeses a seasonal fruit preserve, mixed nuts and pickled vegetables. I also recommend the Bianca Fresca Pizza, Garlic infused olive oil, prosciutto, goat cheese, fresh mozzarella, topped

The pizza was good and I would've rated it higher; BUT the girl that served me was morose and depressed. Zero smile or welcoming attitude. A sullen person. It's really too bad.. I normally would've tipped on my to go order but I opted not to because of her attitude. I was in the business for 10 years owning 14 individual restaurants, and our culture and focus was on great food, and positive & happy customer engagement. A tiny bit of customer service effort and a smile would go a long way.
