Granelli's brings the taste of Chicago-style thin crust pizza, pasta, sandwiches, and desserts to Castle Rock Colorado. Located off of Wilcox street, Pam and Grant Carley have built a Castle Rock favorite over the past 20 years. Granelli's had been there for 23 years when Pam and Grant moved here from Chicago and saw a need for Southside Chicago style pizza.
Then 3 years ago Pam and Grant Carley sold the business to Angie and Mike Wurm where it is still family-owned and operated. Simple fresh ingredients and old family recipes are combined to create a unique taste and experience for all of Granelli's customers.

Honestly, Granelli’s has been my absolute favorite pizza place since moving to the area 13 years ago. I’ve been a faithful customer through and through, but lately it’s been very hit or miss. I’m pretty forgiving because let’s face it, things are tough everywhere, but this last time I got take out will be the “last time”. I ordered 2 large pizza’s and after sitting in the lobby for 50 minutes, I got my order and went home only to find the pizza’s were very burned. I called to speak to the manager and offered to bring the pizza back, hoping they’d just replace them, but the best

This place is good but was disappointed last night. I called in an order for a veggie pizza and to add sausage and pepperoni on it. I had the young guy repeat back the order and it was correct. When I got home the pizza was wrong. No sausage or pepperoni.. and that was an extra $5. I called and they said sorry we can make a new one. I said okay I would like that delivered because we had company over and they wouldn’t deliver it. I feel like they should’ve to make it right.

Will not return...on Friday we arrived at a "slow time" according to the waitress. A couple who arrived AFTER us was presented menus before us, placed their order and were finished eating before we even started...after waiting for 2 hrs for our pizza and now aggregated, slammed down our pizza without enjoying it. We believe a "take out" order received our 14"

Called a pickup order in, they said an hour, showed up an hour later to find out I needed to wait. Ok fine, paid, sat down, waited. A couple comes in about 5 minutes later. They sit for dine in. 25 minutes later their got fresh food walks right past me still waiting for the order I placed 90 minutes ago. One star service, I draw a hard line at serving people in the order they ordered.

Ordered from there cause it looked good we wanted the full order of spaghetti. One sausage and one meatball. We were so disappointed when we got our food. I wasn't even hot, there was only a small scoop of sauce. Meatball had 2 meatballs in it sausage only had one, made no sense. The bread sticks was the end pieces that looked cut off and they were burnt. Oh and when it was delivered we didn't even get our salads. Driver had to come back and delivery this a good hour later. Driver was rude and we even have him a very gracious tip. My boyfriend was sick and throwing up all night. The only thing

Grannelli's is a great classic. It reminds me of the South Side. The remodel with upgraded tables, chairs and ambiance went together very well. We can remember back when Grannelli's had half the tables, and they were much more rickety. Food was fantastic as usual, so it's glad to see that hasn't changed. It felt like we were a little invisible to the server despite being front and center, so that was a bit disappointing but we'd still go back. We got the kitchen sink and garlic bread with cheese.

The worst pizza I have ever tasted. I had to add my own cheese and sauce to make it edible. Think the box would have been more tasty. Maybe because of $7.10 price special but really not even worth that much. I have had better Frozen Pizzas than this. Think there were less than 3 dried out pepperonis on each Pizza, little sauce and almost no cheese. There is one great thing about the pizza, my dogs loved it.

Wow! This place is awesome! We tried this place out for lunch today and were not disappointed. Everything was fantastic! We ordered the jalapeño poppers and cheesy garlic bread for appetizers. Both were delicious, especially the cheesy garlic bread. We devoured them both so quickly that we forgot to take pics! Then we ordered their Meatsa pizza and Caprese pizza. Both were absolutely amazing!! The crust was cooked perfectly and the toppings were so yummy! We love how they cut the slices into squares so you don’t have a huge slice you feel you need to finish. This way you can jump back and forth
