We make our sausages from the highest quality Hatfield pork butt (from the high shoulder of the hog), using traditional Italian recipes passed down through generations.
In addition to our lunch and catering menus, A&C Pork Store is known for its full-service butcher shop with a large variety of meats always in stock. Our full line of fresh meats includes steaks, chops, roasts, prime rib of beef, ground beef, varieties of meatballs, fresh sausages, veal, pork, stuffed pork roasts, crown roasts, rabbit, tripe, poultry, fresh ham, leg of lamb, baby lamb and goat.

On Father's Day we took a culinary tour of New Jersey. I found A&C on Yelp and knew we had to try it. Absolute old school perfection. Cool selection of Italian dry goods and baked goods but the main event is the glistening case of pork products.
We went with a pound of sweet sausage with fennel seeds and a pound of hot sausage. My wife turned that into a delicious sausage and peppers meal. Thanks to A&C we started with great ingredients. With cooking that's at least half the battle.
Everything in the store looked great! We'll be back!

Best fresh mozz in NJ. Amazing in-house dried sausages, salamis, and soppressata. The fresh pork and chicken sausages are also top notch. The beef and pork braciole are excellent.
Sandwiches are delicious and have great portions. Overall one of the best Italian delis/butcher shops anywhere in the NJ/NY. I've tried nearly everything they offer and it is all exceptional. Highly recommended.

My go to place whenever I crave for an authentic italian deli. Their staff are very friendly and their food always taste fresh. My favorites include the Monalisa and Little Angelo sandwich. They alao sell meats and different italian goodies. The store is clean and parking is never a problem. You must try this spot if ever you're in Paterson, Wayne or Totowa area.

The sausages here are fantastic. They are significantly better than anything you'll find in a grocery store. The owners are very knowledgeable and eager to help.
This is also a great place for a sandwich during lunchtime. Plenty of parking and prices are very affordable. A neighborhood gem in Paterson.

Old-time Italian deli where quality food, excellent and friendly service are paramount. I drive over a half hour to get here, which is well worth the trip. The hot sopressata is just about as good as my grandmother's, the mozzarella is the best I have ever had (in the US or in Italy) and the steaks are terrific. I have had sandwiches here, too, and they are really quite good. The fact that many customers have been coming here for years (and some for several decades) is testament to the overall quality of A&C.

2 sandwiches , fresh bread, yummy ingredients, and huuuuuge. We got the chicken cutlet with fresh mozz and broccoli rabe and the hot ham, hot capicola, provolone with hot peppers. Got the whole sandwich for both but a half is more than enough. Really the whole is like getting 2 sandwiches. Each half is wrapped separately and cut in half so we had 8 sandwiches. An old fashioned Italian Jersey Deli serving some huge made to order sandwiches. Everything sliced fresh and made to order. The sandwiches were so large that half a sandwich was really two, making it a great value as well.The Jersey guys working that morning were friendly and talkative. Living in Syracuse,NY we do not have any good old school pork stores. My brothers and I go to a Mets(eff the Yankees) game every year. We normally stay in NJ for better hotel rates. We like finding these places for good sandwiches. This place was aces. The man behind the counter very friendly. We got 3 different sandwiches. They use really good Italian bread. Stopped by today after reading reviews on yelp. The business is kept very clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Opted for a chicken cutlet, broccoli rabe platter with mozzarella, while my friend opted for the same but on a sandwich. We were both extremely satisfied. Definitely will be making return visits.

Enjoyed a nice chicken cutlet, mozzarella and roasted red peppers sandwich. Very nice place to pick up fresh meat for dinner or pick up a sandwich. They have an assortment of different imported canned goods and also some to-go containers of their sauces and chili in the freezer at the back of the store. All in all, great, fresh sandwiches.

Love this place. My husband and I formerly went to A&S in Wycoff, but refused to go back after being charged $8.00 for burnt broccoli. I don't mind paying for quality food, but this was outrageous. After this debacle, we went to A&C in Patterson and are so happy we did.
