Buono's Prime Meats is a full service butcher shop and gourmet deli, specializing in the finest quality meat. We offer prime, dry aged steak, organic chicken and turkey, prime american lamb, milk fed veal, and freshly ground chopped meat. All our meat is cut fresh to order. Buono's also has a full line of stuffed breads and rice balls, along with cooked prepared foods, catering, and specialty sandwiches.

Made with Buono's own homemade marinara sauce and topped with our own homemade fresh mozzarella and grated Locatelli cheese. Buono's famous pounded thin veal cutlets lightly battered and sauted in a Marsala wine and mushroom sauce.
Sauted veal medallions with Italian fryer peppers (hot or sweet), Vidalia onions, and crisp seasoned potato wedges. Fresh broccoli rabe sauted in extra virgin olive oil and roasted garlic tossed with Buono's handmade sausage. Fresh Italian peppers and Vidalia onions sauted in extra virgin olive oil with Buono's handmade sausage and simmered in a white wine or red sauce.

This place is the worst the positive reviews must be from family and friends. I went in on a Saturday afternoon to pickup ground pork and beef for my Bolognese. First off the staff was not pleasant, I opened the meat up to cook for Sunday it was spoiled. I guess if your not a friend of the place or a family member be very careful of this place.

For the past 5 years I have had to live gluten free due to Celiac Disease. One of the things I have missed most is eating raviolis, well that ends NOW. Buono's carries GF raviolis and they are amazing! So close to non GF raviolis.... this past week I bought them and regular raviolis for my family and they could not notice the difference. Thank you Buono's for going out of your way to carry GF pasta after a simple request. Great customer service and great pasta!!!

Wow! In all my years living in this town this is my first time stepping foot in this place. So super friendly. I was very impressed with how nice everyone is. Quaint little home town butcher and their prices are fantastic! Stuffed bread, two steaks, and 2 Italian meat stuffed mozz balls all for less than $50!? Amazing! I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!

Moved to area recently and had a family gathering. Ordered several subs from Bruno’s and they were excellent! Real subs, not like the kind at subway. Generous portions of fresh lunch meat and home baked bread but best of all friendly, old school service with a smile. They got it going on! Happy to support local business. I will be back!

The best chicken cutlets I’ve seen in 54 years. Real butchers work here, not supermarket meat cutters. I’m embarrassed to admit I’ve lived in north Jersey my whole life and never tried them . My loss. Keep up the fantastic job guys. And anyone out there questioning price , you’ll never understand this gem of a place. A Cadillac will always cost more than a Malibu
