My wife and I stayed Valentine's weekend and had a great time. Cabin was amazing. Very clean and well maintained, stocked with everythingwe needed. We were amazed with how beautiful the cabin was. Everything was perfect and we loved it. It was the first time we had stayed in a cabin in the Smokies and will definitely be back to this cabin soon. Thank you to Maple Ridge for a wonderful experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful the whole stay!

The cabins and staff at Maples Ridge is top-notch. We’ve stayed there several times and the cabins are always clean with comfortable beds and the staff has gone out of their way to make sure we are happy. We feel like they are part of the family and they make sure any issues are taken care of promptly. I can’t recommend them enough.

Our stay here was amazing! The cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed. The owners of the property have taken great care of it and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The people of Maple Ridge texted us several time throughout our stay to make sure we were ok and to ask if there was anything they could do for us. My family has been to Pigeon Forge a lot but this was our first stay with Maple Ridge. And it won’t be our last! One of the best things about the property is that’s its only 10 minutes from everything, but it’s still secluded and peaceful.

Had a wonderful stay at Tuckered Bears over the weekend! It was a last minute trip and the cabin was beautiful! Very clean, great views and great value. The checkin/checkout process was very easy and the cabin management company was very accommodating. They called during our stay to see if we needed anything and brought some extra blankets for us within minutes. Def will be staying with Maples Ridge Vacation Rentals again in the future!

Maples Ridge is always our go to place to stay in the Smokies. No where else will you get such exceptional hospitality and customer service. The cabins are fantastic and the views are always to die for! Booking with them is always a pleasant experience and they are always there to help with anything we may need. Hemlock Hideaway Cabin with Maples Ridge Vacation Rentals is wonderful. Just a short drive to main strip in Pigeon Forge. We enjoyed birds outside the large picture windows in living room every morning. The leather furniture added a unique lodge feel. The grown ups enjoyed the arcade games. The kitchen is a little small but had everything we needed-cookware, dishes, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove. The screened porch with hot tub was very nice also. Our children had fun sleeping on the bunk beds. They made a tent (fort)on bottom bed with sheets from top bunk. Grandma like her king

Wonderful cabin amenities and close, but not to close to all of the attractions. Quiet gated area that makes you feel at home. Bed is super comfortable, and the hot tubs are wonderful! They even worked with is to add inn a day before and a day after we had planned to come, to extend our stay. The honeymooners dream 2 is the perfect size for a couple. Would recommend 110%! If staying in the winter, have your wheel drive or you won't get up the hill entrance.

We stayed in Unit 114 and it was a great place! It was small, but since there was only 2 of us, it worked out fine. The view was lovely and the chalet was decorated differently than most of the cabins in this area. Not one single bear in the place!! When we got there, light bulbs in the lamps were missing and the ice machine wasn't working properly. I called the next day, and they sent a maintenance man up here to look at it. Well, we got new light bulbs and a bag of ice! It's ok that they didn't fix the ice machine, but a little note saying "Sorry, we weren't able to

The cabin we rented from Maples Ridge Vacation Rentals was absolutely beautiful. The staff was fantastic; our cabin was clean a cozy and just what we needed! Everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable was right there waiting in our cabin for us, we only needed our clothes, food and personal items. The hot tub was very clean and relaxing. The owners and staff greeted us, talked to us about some of the area attractions, and when we checked out, made sure we were happy with our stay. One of the best vacations we’ve had in a long time. Well 1st off the view at "the million dollar view" cabin is just that, it's awesome. All around the deck and in the hot tub you have the most amazing view of wears valley. At night you can see the lights from Knoxville and the lights from piegon forge. The cabin set up was great with game room, wood fire place, 3 bedroom and 3 bath. Having said that the cabin needs a few things to bring it back to its beauty. The porch door all the trim at the bottom is tore off and rotting the inside. There was a terrible stink in the cabin for the 4 days and 3 nights we were there despite the matineance man checking
