This was my first home inspection ever, and with our limited availability, I had to go alone. Me, clueless about anything, the two gentlemen explained everything throughly and answered any questions I had. Very knowledgeable, professional and nice. They reiterated if my boyfriend had any questions I spoke to him and had him read the report to not hesitate to call them to answer any questions they may have for the findings of the property. Will use again in the future

Great company, the inspector is very thorough. We used them for multiple houses and recommended them to our in-laws who used their services when they moved. They stand behind their work, and have excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

So, it's been a year and after having a contractor over, he noticed some things that the inspector should have picked up.
For example, the outlets in my kitchen aren't up to code. There are a couple more things, but, when I spoke with the owner of the company he refunded me the inspection fee. Overall, the customer service is definitely good. Good

My experience with CT Pro Inspection LLC was amazing! Rob was very informative with everything that was found on the property I was looking to purchase. The home inspection report was very detailed and included photos of everything that he looked at as well as explaining all deficiencies that he found. The home inspection report and pest inspection report was done in a timely manner.
A few days later we called him to get a radon test done on the property and he got us in the next day! Talk about fast service.

Was convinced to do a home inspection prior to purchase and was very happy to have done so. Not only were they well prepared for the inspection, but were able to explain things with detail without any issues. The inspection was done swiftly and the report was very detailed with photos so made getting quotes easier on things I knew I could get fixed easily. All this was done on short notice without any delays to help expedite the closing. Would definitely recommend giving them a call if I ever find myself needing an inspection done again, or if I find someone on the fence about getting one. I can’t
