I was originally going to give a negative review due to the lack of knowledge this location gave me during my visits in regards to insurance coverage and co pays but Latasha has been STELLAR with her customer service and easy to reach. That is a great team member you all have! If you're reading this, thank you so much for your help and guidance, it is much appreciated.

One word Dietitian DONT DO IT! Paid a co-pay just for her to tell me to eat less carbs. Where's Ashton Kutcher I felt like I was being punked. Gave me no real info and no help. Never again! I could have brought a diet plan for all of this! I sure hope that money is going towards my deductible because what a waste of time and money. Hell I need a refund!

I've been trying for 3 days to get a call back for test results. All they keep saying is they will call you back today when I call in the morning. When I don't get a call back till the evening, I call back only for them to tell me they'll call you back tomorrow morning. If they can't figire out how to call to give test results, imagine how incompetent they are at other things

I was taking my daughter since she was a new born and everything was going well until one day she had to get a catheter done and Dr. Zaman didn’t know what she was doing to my daughter during the process. Also they would always leave bruises on the spots they would give my daughter shots. Don’t recommend! Yes we talked to the manager & we will no longer go there.

I tried looking for a new doctor, but I have to keep looking. I emailed this office and I received a voicemail from a Christina Tutt, who left the message with her number. After I called her back, she absolutely denied leaving me the message and said, "that was not me, it must have been my supervisor ". I don't appreciate the arguing or the incompetent clerk at the front desk being so blatantly ignorant. After I spoke to her about where I live, she told me, hesitantly, I might be interested in another facility in Missouri City. I had to ask her for their number since she doesn&apos

First off I had an 8:00 a.m. Appointment and was told to get here at 7:30 for check in. I arrived well in time and the doors were still locked? Odd. If you tell people to arrive at a certain time be sure to actually be open. Nonetheless the doors were opened around 7:50. So now to my actual appointment experience. Dr. Rodriguez was not very welcoming. I was not even checked thoroughly and after about 2 minutes she "diagnosed" me. I feel she should have been more empathetic, and actually took more time to examine me. I guess you shouldn't expect much compassion at a clinic like this

Just visited FBFHC as a Chinese interpreter couple of days ago. The place seems pretty descent and neat. The staff (front desk) is pretty friendly and professional. Since the patient didn't show up, I had no idea if the doctors and nurses are great but will find out next week as I am going back there again!
