Dr. Stelmach was born in Pontiac, Michigan. He moved to Houston Texas at the young age of 8 years old. Dr. Stelmach achieved his undergraduate studies at Texas A&M University and received his doctorate degree in chiropractic from Texas Chiropractic College (TCC) in 2003. I have gone to other chiropractors in the past and walked away worse for their attention. I went to see Dr. Stelmach with a good bit of fear, but knowing I needed to be adjusted would be the only thing to help, I made the appointment. He was very caring, listened to my history and complaints. He adjusted me with "as much force as he would use on a 3 year old." And even cleverly distracted me when I was too tense to relax. I highly recommend seeing him if you are ever in need of a chiropractor.

I have had back pain for 20+ years, but last week it was excruciating. After researching and finding The Health Center, I called Dr. Stelmach. He made some arrangements and fit me in that day. I've been seeing Dr. Stelmach for a few months now for lower back pain and he is a wonderful chiropractor. He diagnosed a herniated disc by performing a physical exam and it was later confirmed by imaging. He knows what he's doing and it shows through his work. He truly cares about his patients and doesn't push or up-sell services that you don't need. He explains everything thoroughly and really works with you to make sure you feel better as quickly as possible. If you have thought about getting an adjustment or any chiropractic work done, I recommend that you make an appointment with him before

I found Dr. Stelmach on the internet and was impressed by the many positive reviews. Having had a lifetime of neck issues including surgeries, my neck has always been a “sore spot”. After doing some weight exercises, I was stiff and in much pain. My initial visit with Dr. Stelmach brought so much relief that I was able to work in the yard the next day without feeling any pain or discomfort. In fact I never even thought about my neck! Dr. Stelmach listens, cares and is gentle. I will continue to seek his services in the future.

I've had severe back pain for over 4 years seen many Chiropractors and did physical therapy to no avail I still had back pain. I scheduled an appointment with Scott Stelmach to see if he could help because my pain was so severe I could hardly pick my legs up to walk. He worked diligently with me. I was so impressed with his techniques and patience.. I am now pain free and loving life again. I highly recommend him for your pain... 😁

I have been to a few chiropractors and Scott is one of the best! He is anything but routine or the quick in and out chiropractor. He has a unique approach that I have never experienced to treatment in how he diagnoses pain to ensuring everything is as it should be regardless of pain or not. I am a fitness instructor and he keeps me at 100%. Moreover he has treated very close friends of mine from severe car accidents where they were unable to walk and can now, to major back injuries especially a fellow fitness instructor who had very little mobility when they first started with Scott to now teaching

Dr. Stelmach is an excellent chiropractor. He got my son and I back in order after our car accident. He takes the time to listen to what is hurting or bothering you and makes sure you are feeling better before you leave. He even takes the time to check in with you after treatment to see how you are feeling. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing chiropractic care.

Suddenly I started experiencing pain in my hip, after that got better suddenly I had a pretty painful lower back, both causing difficulty to walk and seat. I had very bad pain in my neck and lower back for more than 2 months. I tried medication, massages... but nothing helped. I never have had chiropractic adjustments before and decided to give it a try. I found Dr. Stelmach true my insurance company as one of the most recommended chiropractors in my area. I made an appointment right away. He is very knowledgeable in what he does and really takes his time to explain everything what he does and where the problem is coming from. 3 visits later all the pain is gone and I feel excellent! Definitely recommend!
