I am a board certified Internist and have practiced in the Portland Metropolitan area since 1995. Unlike in larger clinics, I am the sole practitioner here at West Linn Primary Care, so you will get to see the same doctor each time you come in. By getting to know each patient and their unique qualities, I can provide you with the best professional and personalized medical care possible.
You've probably heard the word "HIPAA" used when you register as a new patient at a medical facility, including doctor's offices and hospitals. We would like to provide a brief explanation of what HIPAA means to you as a patient.

For patients who have health care coverage we accept several different health insurance providers such as. Here, at West Linn Primary Care, we realize that access to good health care can be difficult. Each year, patients seem to have fewer benefits and increasing out-of-pocket costs.
There is a growing number of uninsured patients needing access to health care, therefore, we will make every effort to work with our patients by allowing them to use debit and credit cards for office visits and by giving discounts to prompt paying cash patients. We charge a flat fee of $150 to new uninsured patients.

Dr. meeker is an excellent physician. I came in with three different issues and he addressed all of them! I didn't feel rushed. he took the time to listen to what I had to say, ask how I would like to be treated then gave me several treatment options while leaving the decision ultimately up to me as to which treatment I want to try. he is extremely sharp and knowledgeable, it took me by surprise. every other physician ive had has been very formal, but dr meeker took time to get to know me and provided detailed analysis of the problems I was facing.
