I have been a patient at Pacific Medical group of over 30 years and have seen many changes over that time in tech and rules and some personnel. All the time they have a patient centered mindset and always strive to deliver the highest possible patient experience I have experienced. They treat people as people and not numbers. They take the time to listen and be respectful and knowledgeable with patients. I intend to keep going to this clinic as it is the best medical experience I have enjoyed in my life.

So far I really like this office. The doctors, nurses and lad people are wonderful, super helpful and caring. It is a very busy office with a lot of doctors and patients.
I don't understand why so many people are reviewing the receptionists badly. They have an incredibly difficult job, they are what makes that whole office flow.
People need to realize that sometimes they call at the wrong time. I have been in 3 times and they are wonderful, and yes very busy. They have so many patients filtering in that need checked in.
Think if you are waiting for your appointment because reception is always

Doctors and nurses are great. One of the receptionists had a bad attitude and did not do anything for me. She refused to look up my info in the system and confirm the date of an appointment. Her attitude was like she did not want to be at work. I love my doctor but every time I have to deal with this person is painful.

I visited this practice for 4 years so I have a pretty good idea of what patients should expect. My reason for the review is they swabbed me, placed the swab in an incorrect container for examination, and called me back to try to fit in yet another appointment for the same

I talked to the front office, the Doctor herself Janel Guyette, no apology was ever uttered (an "I'm sorry" goes a long way but obviously they didn't feel as if their mistakes inquired one). It's safe to say that they view their patients time and quality of life under a poor scope.

Called today, super rude receptionist, Carmen was her name I’m pretty sure. Didn’t listen to me and I had to wait a ridiculous long time to even speak to someone. Called my insurance right away to changed clinics because if that’s how I’m treated while trying to make a new patient appointment than I can’t imagine how their whole office is run.

I am so frustrated with the way things are run here. I hate having to call there...each time being put on hold. I feel that the way their phone system works is out of control. The people at the front desk should not have to be answering the phones when they have patients in front of them. It has gotten ridiculous to be calling in and told...please hold, I have 4 people in line and 2 waiting on hold.
I have waited 2 days to get a refill of a prescription filled and not sure when that will be taken care of. It is discouraging to never know what is happening while waiting to hear somethimg!!

I love my Dr at this office, she's very sweet and attentive and listens to me when I have concerns. The front desk staff, however? They've taken a sharp turn for the worse. They're impossible to understand on the phone, and will keep you on hold for so much longer than they need to. Tonight when I called it was the worst experience - I had a very short question and called near closing. I understand that it is frustrating when patients call close to closing but this was beyond that. The first time I called someone picked up, and THEY asked ME "hey [name] is that you?" I was stunned! First off, my not giving 5 stars has nothing to do with my PCP. She deserves 5 stars. I’ll get into the reason I took a star off later in the review.
I see Alison Pfeffer. She is an FNP (family nurse practitioner). She is very nice, caring, considerate, professional, and an all around great primary care physician. She always tries to be as helpful as possible with whatever my concerns are, and takes the time to hear about what’s going on.
She is also on top of prescription refills. They’re typically done same day or the next day. Unfortunately I have multiple physical health issues, and

Unfortunately, getting the care you need is incredibly challenging at this location. I dread calling the office to make an appointment. Reception puts incoming calls on hold while they help patients in the office, and although doctors seem to want you to get in touch with them to get updates on prescriptions, labs, etc. as needed between appointments, there is no official way to do this besides calling the front desk and hoping your doctors' assistant might not be busy at that exact moment. In this age of emails, messaging services, and appointment scheduling software, this seems archaic and incredibly

The medical professionals are fine.

However, the manager of the business office, Sacha Woodward, is one of the rudest people I've ever dealt with. She refused to answer my questions, she interrupted every time I tried to speak (and then when I said something about it, she accused ME of interrupting HER), and when I told her how terrible her customer service was, she confirmed it by hanging up on me. In addition, she then set the office phone to go directly to voice mail for the rest of the day, so that I would be unable to call back and speak with her or anyone else.

I did NOT get my problem

Terrible service, I would not recommend! I called about 4 months in advance to get a new patient appointment, and I received a date..4 months out but I figured I was new so that's normal. I get to my appointment to find out my insurance was never in network, which they told me originally I was or I never would have made the appointment. The front desk said they called and left a message, only to find out they called the wrong number... unbelievable for a doctors office. Just terrible

I see Christopher Aichele and I cannot express how happy I am to have found a provider like him.

Recently my insurance changed which meant I had to find a new PCP, a task I dreaded. I have a few ongoing issues that I need to take care of so I needed to find someone I liked since I would be seeing them fairly frequently. It took me over a year to find someone previously so I expected more of the same this time around. I knew I wanted an NP so I searched my new insurance's website for someone close and hoped for the best. Chris was the first name to pop up and was close by so I rolled

AVOID AVOID AVOID. While I adore Dr. Guyette, I will never again subject myself to PMG's unprofessional and unethical billing practices. I called ahead of time before driving 30 minutes with 2 little kids in tow and asked what my copay would be and they told me $60. I arrived and they asked for $200+ and prevented me from seeing my doctor. The woman at the front desk made a phone call to their billing office and told me not to worry about it, they would just accept the $60 copay. They did this TWICE.

Now I have a bill for $214 for EACH appointment PLUS late fees. I sent them a letter describing

Rude receptionists, horrible communication with billing and how they code their insurance claims.

Leslie Cody ND is horrible. Cold, apathetic and insulting with NO bedside manner or personality. She clearly does not like fat people (or people at all perhaps), and from other reviews I've read, she's borderline abusive about it.

I followed our beloved Dr Guyette here, but her practice has changed. She is far more allopathic than ever, while she used to have a beautiful blend of holistic and allopathic medicine. She's often rushed, clearly frustrated with "the system"

My second review and 5 Stars still stands!

The office staff is engaging and quick. After getting bounced around due to insurance issues, the office staff was quick to resend my referral information as well as get my prescription
filled.

Dr. Chris is as kind as he is knowledgeable I felt safe and heard in his office. He worked respectfully to ensure I had the proper care and referral I need.

Not a good experience. I went to Leslie Cody as a PCP for about a year. She presents as very cold and non engaging to her clients. I got into a car accident in 2015 and she and I literally got into an argument as she would not write me off work but demanded that I tell my employer I could only work in one part of the facility. I was a cashier at the time and if I can't perform all the the duties which is on the job description I cannot work as they only offer light duty if you are hurt on the job. She finally made a recommendation for me to have time off however she was pissed about it. I

Please spare yourself and respect your health and do not go here. This place has the most incompetent staff of office employees, doctors, and Medical assistants! They will not provide you with results in a timely manner, or at all unless you call and ask for them. Suzette, the office manager, lies to cover for others incompetence and lies when she will not fix their mistakes! Again, spare yourself the trouble and find a respectable medical facility!!! Read the other negative reviews, it is all true. STAY AWAY!!!

Each time I've been here for an appointment, I've had to wait from at leat 30 minutes to 1 1/2 hours with no explanation or apology from the receptionists, only a mumbled apology from the nurse.
I did not feel particularly cared for my the doctor and was often left in her office for 20 minutes at a time.
I won't be going back--I have better things to do with my time and am certain I can find better care elsewhere.

My insurance brought this location up as place they covered so I called to make apt. Lady on the phone was rude, luckily who ever checked me in seemed better mood. Office seems outdated everything still in paper and some of it you have to carry to the nurse. Check in time to doctor was fast but steps seems missed. What I came in for got addressed but would I come again no. Doc Leslie seemed robotic and had no humor also when I said I don't want to flu shot and never got it before she basically laughed at me and said " good luck with that " which I felt was very rude. Also no blood

I too was saddled with Dr Chan when my DO quit the business and moved to CA. He is rude, and pays no attention to what you are trying to tell him. He chose to yell at me repeatedly for issues we resolved during the appointment - he forgot! He continually left the appointment with me sitting there no explanation. While I deliberately made this appointment for manipulations and a tetanus shot, he reacted with scorn when I reminded him of this "I'm not manipulating YOU! I don't even KNOW you!" and failed to carry out any of my other requests.

This was the most infuriating
