My husband started seeing Dr Mathai over four years ago while he was a physician at Providence Sherwood. He is an amazing doctor that practices medicine thinking outside the typical box that we have been used to for years. He diagnosed his problem and provided treatment that solved the issue immediately. Once he decided to leave Providence, my husband followed to his new practice, and suggested I switch to the good doctor as my primary doctor as well. I switched, and have been thrilled that I did. I have been a patient of Dr. Mathai for three years now and I think he is an amazing Doctor. I hate going to the doctor but Dr. Mathai has changed that for me. He is knowledgeable , kind and a great educator. His out of the box thinking and naturopathic approach to medicine is just what I was looking for in a doctor. Hormonal therapy and thyroid imbalance seems to be well understood by Dr. Mathai. I appreciate his approach to medicine and am thankful he is my Doctor!
