While Sparkling Ponds continues to produce its original favorite wines, we will also be expanding our partnerships with our neighboring grape farmers to increase our varieties. What is the difference between Ice Wine and Frappe Vino, also known as, frozen "Wine Slushie"?. Ice Wine gets its name from the grapes that are left on the vine until the temperature drops down to 17 degrees Fahrenheit. These grapes are then hand-picked right from the vine and go directly to the press.
Our winery has a private event room that is ideal for showers, birthdays or anniversaries. Please call 716.736.4525 for details. The Sparkling Ponds Cottages will soon be available for rent. We will announce completion of our renovations on our Facebook page, so be sure to follow us! Upon completion, our cottages will be available to book through Air BnB.

Ok so it's been almost a year since I've been there, but someone was just asking me for suggestions for a bachelorette party and it reminded of how AWESOME this place was! The wine is wonderful! The girls that were working were so upbeat and outgoing! The tasting is the best deal I've ever seen hands down! I highly recommend this winery.
