All Bay Property Management, Corp is a family owned business since 1994. The benefits you can expect from our many years of service are simple: you will get exactly what you want, when you want it, and at a reasonable rate. We provide solutions to your problems and we do what we promise. You will find us to be flexible, responsive and dependable.
Our goal is to maximize the return on your investment and minimize problems associated with owning income property. We will help you determine the amount of rent your property can earn per month and offer suggestions, if needed, to help you maximize those earnings. Prepare Rental Agreement and necessary addendum.
Each application requires a $30.00 non-refundable credit check fee, which must be paid by check or money order only. Checks must me made payable to All Bay Property Management.

Poor communication. Tried to schedule an appointment to view a home and successfully scheduled initially with Jennifer. She later emailed back and asked if we could come earlier in the week because the demand for the home was high. When we explained we couldn’t and would only be in the area on the day and time scheduled she did not reply. We arrived at our original date and time with no one at the home. We tried calling multiple times and emailed again with no answer and was unable to view the home. Complete waste of our time. Please do better.

I rented a house in Castro Valley for a couple of years and then a condo in Castro Valley for another few years with All Bay Property Management. I could not recommend them more. They always went above and beyond for me and my family. Our needs were always tended to immediately whenever anything needed attention with the rentals. They are a family business and they treat you like family. I have only known them to be honest, fair and generous.

Very disappointed with this company. I wish I could say otherwise. When my husband and our three daughters met them in person they were very pleasant people who continuously asked us to please put in an application for a rental they were showing. I explained to them that my credit is not good, due to my previous divorce, and told them I would be willing to leave a higher deposit or have a cosigner. They said they don't accept cosigners but would still really want us to apply. I gave them $60 for the application fee and never heard back from them. I emailed twice to check and see where they were
