At Bodle's Personal Training our goal is to provide quality one-on-one exercise training at a reasonable cost. We teach and administrate exclusively the SuperSlow exercise protocol as designed by Ken Hutchins. We believe it is the safest, most effective & the most time efficient method of attaining maximum fitness.
SuperSlow Protocol is a method of strength training that utilizes a ten second positive movement and a tend second negative movement. The slowness of this movement limits momentum and acceleration as factors in the exercise. This is why SuperSlow is so effective and safe. Each workout is an intense experience that keeps your muscles "loaded" during each entire exercise.

I just started working out here a couple of months ago. My previous Super Slow center closed after I had been with my trainer for 10 years. Right down the block is Bodle's Fitness. I gave them a call and started working out with them. I work out with Katie, but have also had Bill, the owner, when Katie wasn't available. I'm so happy I found them!
They take Covid seriously. Everyone washed their hands before and after a workout; masks required; no more than two clients allowed at a time.
They do "cadence counting" for each exercise... and boy do my muscles get a thorough

Great personal training facility! Love my trainer Deb Broder. She always goes above and beyond to taylor and personalize my work out routine to better suit my needs. Hours are flexible and super slow method is used. I have been going here for a little over a year and have seen a tremendous increase in both strength and energy.
