According to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), evidence demonstrates a link between lung cancer and high concentrations of radon. Being exposed to radon can cause lung cancer. Protect your family and test the current level in your home. We do not install radon mitigation systems and are an impartial party to your radon test result.
Light commercial inspections are a Walk-Through Survey to obtain a general overview of all major systems and components present in the building including the structure, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, exterior and interior. We follow the ASTM Standards E2018-01, also known as the Property Condition Assessment or PCA.
Was able to get an appointment within a couple days of calling. Knowledgeable and professional. Called the next day with questions, got through to the inspector on the first try, answered all my questions and then some. Definitely will recommend. Great person to work with. Very knowledgeable and excellent ability to explain in details.
