I am used to staying in nice hotels and the Pacific Reef Hotel was very decent for the money. It isn’t a resort or Bendbow Lodge ambiance, but very nice for a strip motel. We stayed in room 225, second floor facing ocean across acreage of land. The sounds, smell and ambiance were nice from the private balcony. Very clean rooms with some updates in the bathroom and room. The toilet needs replacing as it is super low to the ground. That is saying something for me since I am only 5’3” tall. The 2 queen beds were very nice but not enough blankets. I would stay here again. It is a short walk from

I travel a lot with my dog, and I have to say that this place provided a stellar experience. It was clean, well maintained and quiet with lovely ocean view and fabulous place to walk my dog. In general, hotels that welcome dogs are hit or miss. This was a hit! Highly recommend.

This hotel was really nice. I loved the area. The room itself sat right on the corner leading down to the beach. It was a pet friendly room on the lower floor. I didn't have a pet, but I wanted a ground floor room. My only complaint is that it had a slight animal smell when I initially went into the room, but I remedied that with some Febreze Odor Eliminator, problem solved. I was able to park right next to my room. Housekeeping doesn't come in unless you request it. I didn't use the service since I was only there from Thursday to Sunday, but I made sure to pull my linen and towels together for

Amazing hotel. The front desk was helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and quiet. Beautiful view from the upstairs rooms. Light show was nice. Wished I could have stayed a little longer to explore more.

Nice location and nice room with nice finishes and great little kitchen. Bed was not very supportive or comfortable as it is a thin hideaway bed mattress. Refrigerator was loud and would wake us. Smell in the room was not too pleasant, kind of that of cleaning chemicals. Loved the deck, but if you rent a unit facing the water, make sure you get an upstairs unit for the best views. Great sunset views and proximity to the beach! Be careful where you eat. Some of the reviews are deceptive, but the Port Hole was a real success and great location.

This was a dream come true. Really nice hotel. Immaculately clean. The pup just loved it. The light show was cute but kind of tacky. Kind of like me! A little pricey but worth it. Breakfast would have been nice.
