Nice place. Nice staff. No masks which is all good in my book. But it's not a 3 star, more like a 2.5. Plumbing is LOUD. No elevator, and no secured entrance.

My husband and I Love this place! We had a beach front room with a king bed and a balcony. The staff was so nice, they made it feel like home. We were in walking distance to a few different places or not too far of a drive away. We walked down to the beach one night and had a little bonfire and picnic. I can't wait to stay here again.

Clean and spacious rooms. Very comfortable beds and 2 types of pillows (4 on each bed) for back, side and tummy sleeping! The sound of the angry November ocean waves crashing in, lulls you into a beautiful and restful sleep. Balcony with awesome views. Plus you are close to several eateries. Conveniently located for day trips to redwoods, crater lake, Mt. Shasta and other coastal sdventures! The pacific northwest is soooo gorgeous. Thanks for giving us a restful place to enjoy it all from.

This is by far the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in! And we're in a pandemic! Crazy amount of hair in the beds, stained sheets, stained gross carpet, toilet not only wasn't clean but they forgot to flush! Barf! And microwave had seen some action but definitely not cleaning... oh yeah there's a balcony looking at the ocean thank god! That's why the one star or else it's for sure a ZERO
With all that said... a couple of days later... other then the room the rest of the hotel is actually great. Also the bathrooms are new, good gym and friendly front desk (just need

Beachfront Inn was our special treat for ourselves, a rare treat in the midst of COVID. The Inn is beachfront. All rooms! Rooms are large, with balconies backed by a wall of windows. Ours included a king bed, sofa/hide-a-bed, fridge, coffee-maker (and coffee), TV, small desk, well equipped bathroom and comfortable cushioned chairs on the balcony. It felt like a bargain at $120 a night. Plus an included continental breakfast.

Stayed 2 nights recently, if you book online you get a descent discount.
Beds extremely comfy, easy beach access. * You should be aware this is a pet friendly place, $10 extra per pet, per night. There was a dog smell, not horrible but also unavoidable.

Staying here was a splurge! Almost $200 for a night in November!! But the view was worth it I thought and the room was nice and balcony a treat. Incredible sound of the ocean filled the room. Really good breakfast. Hotel has easy access to a little beach that is nice to walk when the tide is out and there's a side walk above that's great when the tide is in or for those with mobility issues that might find the beach difficult. Only negatives were the price. Expected things in November to be less, also attention to detail in the cleaning, sock was found on the smoke detector. Still I&apos

Wonderful setting in a small town feel atmosphere. Our only gripe is that there wasn’t an elevator on our building. We were in the 3rd floor and my wife had a pulled muscle on her leg so it made it difficult getting up and down the stairs. Aside from that great staff on site and rooms were clean. A little pricey but the view made up for it.

Our final stop along our tour of the Oregon Coast was the Beachfront Inn in Brookings, Oregon. This property is a great example of don't make assumptions based on first impressions, the front desk staff spent more time initially telling me what they wouldn't do rather than what was available at the hotel, it was a little off-putting but the recovery was quick from that point.

The rooms are large and have a balcony, views of the ocean are spectacular. The property is a three-story building right on the ocean, it is pet friendly and the rooms on the bottom floor are dedicated to folks

Got the two queen room on the top floor. Fantastic beach view. The room was spotlessly clean. There was no daily room cleaning but it is the middle of the pandemic. The beach is large and great for walking. The motel is pet friendly even though we didn't bring a pet it was nice to see other people there with their pets enjoying their weekend. It was nice to sit out on the balcony and enjoy morning coffee. I am a very light sleeper and I wasn't bothered at all by the noise other reviewer's complained about so I don't think it is actually a problem - If you go to the beach and

Real estate is about all this place had going for it during our stay. If you are looking for a place that is on the beach with ocean views, then this is it. Sadly, that is the best comment I can make. I have stayed in Motel 6 rooms that were cleaner. There was very little carpet in our room , but the little carpet there was had lots of stains. The sheets on my bed had some sort of red stain on them and the bed skirt had noticeable stains as well. Our room phone would not dial out the whole time. The outdoor pool and hot tub heaters were out of order so enjoying the pool was not an option. The website

After leaving the last city a day earlier due to a terrible hotel experience; it was nice and refreshing to arrive at this place. Great place for pets and the rooms are nice and clean. We were able to get the top floor two rooms with door opening between the two rooms where our teenagers stayed. Our dog loved walking down along the beach as with many other dogs. They have dog bags on the entrance to the beach to clean up after your pets incase you didn't have one. They also give you pet treats to welcome your pet!
I wish we could have stayed longer because many people were setting up chairs

Thankfully got the upgraded room, may be due to having my furry friend around, as I got the wood laminate flooring. I see pictures of carpeting in some of the rooms, ick! They should just get rid of it. Get rid of Best Western sign, although I didn't see it and just call it Beachfront Inn.

Management addressed my issues right away and I was compensated.

No daily room service as it is still in the middle of pandemic.

Check your room, however.

Lots of seafood restaurants around. I recommend Catalyst Seafood, not the best service. Busy and Easter weekend maybe to blame. But food makes up

Like everyone else going stir crazy during COVID, we wanted to hit the road and get out into some rugged nature. I do a lot of outdoor fine art photography, so we chose Brookings, Oregon and stayed for 4 nights at the Beachfront Inn in a king, oceanfront view with balcony.

True to its name, the Inn is beachfront, with gorgeous views of the rugged coast and all the driftwood on the beach. Perfect for walking and photographing, and lots more up and down the coast as well.

The room was very nice, spacious, wet bar with microwave and fridge, remodeled bathroom, and the view! Blackout curtains worked

Great views, nice room, hot shower, beach access. The bed was comfy, pillows were okay, not my style though. The balconies are a little small, but perfect if you just want to stand and look out at the beautiful view. The sliding door to the balcony was nice and big, so perfect for viewing even with the door closed. Updated space, and quiet, felt like a little vacation. Staff was alright, just nit picking, could have been a tad more friendly when checking in. Would recommend (especially for the price!!!) and a great stop in Brookings along the coast.

To say that I was disappointed, is an UNDERSTATEMENT.

I was stopping through on my way home from Seattle, alone. I was excited to have a night to myself with a beachfront view. Alone time for me is hard to come by. I was extremely nervous to stay in a hotel during COVID, but their website/Yelp assured me that they were on top of it. Come to find out, THEY WERE NOT ON TOP OF IT.

I get to my room and start to look around which is a normal habit for basic cleanliness, but especially now with COVID. Their cleaning didn't even meet basic sanitary standards let alone the intense cleaning they

This place had pros and cons.
Pros: all rooms face the beach
the front desk staff was friendly
Cons: MANY fires outside on the beach, so I had the close the sliding glass door because of the smoke
My room electronic room key did not work, so someone was sent in to open our door after 2 tries, but we had NO KEY during our visit, so someone had to be in the room at all times or we had to call for the key, and no discount or anything (at least I would suggest our extra cost for a dog be comped for our inconvenience, which wasn't what I would consider small).

What a great find this was! Decided to extend our mini vacation from inland at Ashland and head to the coast for a night then continue on down the 101 and so so so glad we did. What a great place tucked in a beautiful beach with breathtaking sunsets and beaches to have a fun evening fire in with the kids playing and adults laughing and socializing. Sadly we visited during covid restrictions so we didn't get the full normal open hotel services such as buffer food was closed and the pool & spa but hey the price was like $100 a night less to make up for it so works for me! Excited to have a beach front beautiful room I mean after spending $300 for one night I was expecting this place to be AMAZING but wholly crap what a joke!!!! Super loud, you can hear everything anyone does from walking up the stairs to slamming their doors to the loud obnoxious woman with her barking rat dog below us, I can't leave the door open and listen to the ocean because you literally can hear kids screaming and yelling. This should be classified as a total family motel and no way in heck should rooms be $300 a night. The beach is a drift wood rocky postage stamp area. Super, super

This place has amazing views of the ocean and I believe all if not almost all of the rooms have an ocean view. I would definitely recommend taking in the sunset or sunrise views if you get the chance. We went here and brought along our dog, which loved running around on the beach. We loved that they didn't charge us extra because we have a larger breed of dog. The place is very dog friendly and it even has doggy bags on the property that you can use. We loved sitting outside on the patio and taking in the ocean views and hearing the sound on the waves. It was really relaxing. We also had many
