Very unfortunate experience. I have been here once and Dr. Chen did seem very concerned at the time. I've been in and out of the hospital. In and out of different doctors appointments. I just had a spinal tap and had complications. I'm in excruciating pain. Unfortunately they will not see me unless I pay upfront. Seems to care more about money than the wellness of their patients. Times have been extremely rough. Especially this year. Financial troubles are at an all time high. One would think they would be able or even want to work something out. Hope you all have a Merry Christmas. Looks like

I cannot explain enough in words what The Pain Relief Center in Plano, Texas has meant to me in the last 14 days. Dr. Chen has the best personality, experience, and knowledge of any Dr. I have ever met. He listens and explains the issue and plan in a way that I have never experienced before. I moved to Texas a year ago and recently had an issue with back pain that was very debilitating. Dr Chen was quick to diagnose, and get me in for an injection and immediately control my pain. I met with Dr. Chen today and he spent at least 25 minutes diagnosing my issues. He was confident he could get me back to normal. It has been 25 days since my injury with little to no relief, but seeing Dr. Chen gave me hope that I can get my life back. He is compassionate, caring and listens which in his field is basically unheard of. The entire place is A+ status. I checked in the girls at the front desk were amazing, the girls that took my paper work and had me do the UA were unbelievably and it wasn't an act. I could hear Dr. Chen corresponding with the staff before my visit and it was genuine

BEWARE. I am one to take the time to write positive reviews, not negative. However, I do not wish for my experience to be replicated with another person. I had nerve damage from a surgical procedure and was referred by my surgeon to Dr. Rodriguez. During my first two visits, Dr. Rodriguez was very attentive and helpful. He put me on a pain medication that lessened my pain considerably. In my third month, however, I was passed along to a PA for the remainder of my visits even though I specifically requested to be seen by Dr. Rodriguez. During my last visit I was told that they will no longer prescribe

Dr. Rodriguez and PA Debby Thomas have helped with reviewing MRI's then selecting the areas for injections & rhizotomys and seeing them through. Schedulers are good.
I feel that the inner office communications could be a lot better.
I was upset that they never notified me about closing the allergy clinic. Can I charge a cancelation fee haha
Bottom line...I believe that the doctors and associates will continue to provide the treatments most beneficial for my chronic pain.

I find some of the practices at this clinic questionable, especially the apparent policy against treating, “out of state patients”.
Regardless, I encourage those running this clinic to have compassion and use their critical thinking skills. The simple act of me listing an Oklahoma address as my mailing address *does not* mean it is my personal permanent address, nor does it mean that is where I am living. As *supposed* medical professionals who work with chronic pain patients on a regular basis, I had assumed that you would be familiar with the fact that our treatments are incredibly expensive

I would highly recommend Dr. Rodriguez to anyone experiencing high levels of pain. The office is very friendly and highly experienced with dealing with many issues regarding pain management and patient care. I have been coming to this office for about 2 years now and I have had zero complaints with the service or treatment. Dr. Rodriguez is very experienced, knowledgeable and truly cares about his patients and their well being. If you are experiencing high levels of pain, go and see Dr. Rodriguez immediately!

Doctor Rodriguez and the staff at the Pain Relief Center have been nothing short of a blessing. Over the last year, I have been suffering from a severe case of Slipping Rib Syndrome with some associated cartilage and muscle damage. Also, exacerbating the pain was my Fibromyalga concomitant with some radiating nerve pain from reoccurring costochondritis. The Doctor and his staff treated me with the upmost care and respect. They had never heard of the condition before and even put some effort into researching Slipping Rib Syndrome so that they could better treat me. Not many modern doctors are aware

WOW is the only thing I can say! I've been dealing with back pain for 10+years and I've seen a few different doctors and pain mngmt and all I can say is Dr Rodriguez cares and listens and helps. In my 30 min visit he did more for me then any other doctor I've ever seen! Lab work DONE, knee&back brace DONE, range of motion test DONE, relief DONE!!!! I almost cried in happy relief! His staff from from office to back office was sweet and compassionate and genuinely ready to listen and help in any way. They took care of EVERYTHING for me. If you have chronic pain/injury you will not be disappointed

I have been a patient of Dr Rodriguez for about five years since I broke my neck. I have found him to be a doctor that cares and has shown that by his actions! I sometimes see the PA if I'm just getting a refill but if I need to see him there has never been an issue. I appreciate him very much! Office staff is exceptional! I give him 5 stars!!! *****

It is impossible to get in touch with anyone. My mom had a procedure scheduled and needed to change the date. We both called and left message for 2 days and never reached a human or received a call back. My mom has had a few procedures done here but I have always been very skeptical of it based on how they do business

I am a former US Army Paratrooper that suffered back injuries while serving, which is a pretty common injury for Paratroopers. The VA had me rated at 50% disabled. My condition began to get worse, so I applied to the VA to be evaluated for an increased disability percentage. The VA gave me a form to have my doctor fill out, as evidence of the deteriorating health of my back. I asked my primary care physician for help, and she referred me to Dr. Rodiguez.

Dr Rodreguiz has been my pain doctor for over a year now. He came as a recommendation from my surgeon Dr. Raha Mobarak. Dr. Rodreguiz and his staff are absolutely wonderful and have helped me rise above my pain by leaps and bounds, through proper titration and injections. This has given me the ability to be active once again in my daily family life and in my professional career. This office used to be good. This office used to take care of its patients. Unfortunately neither is the case anymore. Since moving to its new location on Sam Jacinto Avenue, the quality of care provided by this office and its staff has plummeted and is no longer worth visiting. Not only has it become nearly impossible to get an appointment, an oddity considering they've added more providers and expanded their office 3 fold, but when you are there you're shuffled though like cattle, prescribed expensive and often unnecessary treatments, and my chart is rarely read by the physician or
