Throughout my career, I have seen many patients with back pain, neck pain, pinched nerve, sciatica, arthritis of the back, etc that are left is the dark about the root cause of their problem. Many have been reading through their Xray or MRI reports full of medial jargons without help, often leading to frustration, fear and confusion.
There are few pain conditions as aggravating as having shoulder pain. It can not only take a toll on the work, quality of life, ability to exercise, etc; it can significantly hamper your ability to get a good night sleep. I have been suffering from right shoulder pain after an injury for more than 20 years and it took me a long time to finally find the right treatment combination to get rid of it without going under the knife.

As of any Spine or Joint condition, accurate diagnosis is the key to making the right treatment plan. At NorTex, we will offer a full diagnostic evaluation which will include complete physical exam and history taking. Unless contra-indicate, MRI of the cervical spine will be performed. Medical management along with chiropractic treatments and physical therapy are usually the first line of treatment.
Recently, use of Regenerative Medicine "Stem Cell Injections" in the facet joints has gained popularity and is showing promise. At NorTex we are committed to finding the source of the pain; in this case back pain or neck pain; before starting to formulate a treatment plan.

After years of neck and back pain and several doctors treating me in approximately 4 different ststes, I have finally found relief from Dr. Omid Ghalambor MD.
He and his staff always take the time to explain what is available and are on top of all the latest treatments.

I am privileged to be in the care of a first class doctor. Dr. Ghalambor is not only a very smart and knowledgeable doctor but he is a gentleman with the most graceful bed side manners. Dr. Ghalambor is absolutely amazing! I’ve been his patient for a little over two years now and I couldn’t ask for a better physician. He is thorough, patient, intelligent, kind, and above all truly cares for the wellbeing of his patients. Dr. Ghalambor is amazing. He consulted me on many additions to add to my recovery. Although I am not where I would like to be as far as completely pain free, Dr Ghalambor has not given up and continues to strive to get me back to 100% or at least close to it. Dr. Ghalambor and his staff are amazing! He takes time to listen and understand your pain. He is extremely knowledgeable and always explains everything in a way that is easy to understand.
