Contacted this office September 1st about a new patient appointment. Submitted all requested documentation and received the email confirmation of my appointment which was to be set for the 20th. I completed my intake paperwork and emailed it to the office 5 days prior to my appointment. It wasn't until the morning of my appointment, after I had already arranged for time off of work, sitters for those in my care, and the rest of my schedule, that Jamie told me (via text message) the appt had been canceled and they would need physican approval to reschedule me. I have been going to this office for the past 12 years and I can honestly Dr. East runs a quality organization. He is always looking for new ways to help his patients and he is always readily available and accessible when needed. We are relocating to another state later this month and when I informed Dr. East he immediately provided me with referrals of other pain management doctors in the area we will be moving and offered to speak with them at any time. Called this place as a new patient trying to make a consult appointment. My name and number were taken and I was told the person who does intake is busy but they usually have a 24 hour turn around time. It's been 12 days and still no call. Extremely unfortunate when people are calling in debilitating pain. Now not only have I wasted time, and endured pain while waiting on a call that was never coming, but have once again had to pick up the pieces of hopelessness as I continue my journey trying to find a doctor, and an office, who cares.

Ive been suffering from sciatica pain for 5 months. Tried chiropractic therapy for 4 months however not much help. They recommended pain doctor. Upon research, decided to go with Addison Pain. Dr East and Nurse Alaena offered a couple solutions and with the treatment, the pain level did lowered to a level that allows me to walk my dog. (Before I barely can walk). If I could give Dr East’s office a 10, I would! Having been in significant pain for years, I finally went to see a Dr about my back with disappointing results. I went to Dr East’s office for a SECOND OPINION and my experience was great! I met with the Amazing Alaena who took the time to really review my MRI, asked questions to pinpoint my issues and came up with a game plan. I also met Dr East at this first consult and he made me feel like a real person - not just a number. The plan of epidural injections was to alleviate the pain in my back and numbness in my leg. I've been a patient here for about 13 years now and I've never had such caring Dr's and staff. They are in my opinion the best in their respective discipline. Your not a number to them, your treated like family there, they truly care about you as an individual. I've had several perseudtures done over the years every time with good results. My last with Dr Sylvia for chiropractic, I went in talked about my problem, received an adjustment and been feeling amazing ever since. They truly are the best at what they do. I have been going to Addison Pain and Regenerative for over a year. Every time I come in or call, I feel like I’m coming to visit my family.
Everyone is very professional and courteous. They are very concerned about my health and wellness. At Addison Pain they are ALWAYS mindful of my time. Erin makes sure I’m checked in and called back quickly. The nurses are all courteous.
Sylvia makes me feel like I’m with family. She has continued to be supportive and my cheerleader through all if my back and neck surgeries.
Dr. East is the bomb.com. He is very knowledgeable
