Best threading experience I’ve had and I’ve tried many in the other city areas prior to NY. The woman who did mine did an amazing job with the shape and used a pain-free technique. I had walked-in and so had a regular customer and I appreciated that they honored the walk-in order and hadn’t taken the regular who came after me who also didn’t have an appointment. Would recommend making an appointment prior to going if you want to avoid a wait due to limited staff since the pandemic.

By appointment only. It seems like there’s too much labor work going on as there is only one woman completing all services. The male receptionist is very rude. I must say, she does an AMAZING job at eyebrows! I love the thread they use, I have extremely sensitive skin & for the first time EVER I did not break out or suffer severe swelling after the service.
The person commenting is also not the receptionist, my appointment was able to be rescheduled & was not during that time frame.

Ok service—went to get my eyebrows threaded...waited outside 15 min because the person opening was late. No apologies were given when they finally arrived. I left with a few hairs that went unnoticed or ignored that I noticed once I got home. I didn’t check while there because I was on a tight schedule and already running late from them opening up late.
