Specific trauma-focused psychotherapies offered and have the strongest evidence for healing are: EMDR, IFS, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.

REVIVE, a 3-Part workshop series, is designed to come along side individuals who have experienced broken, dysfunctional, or traumatic childhoods. Throughout the workshops, individuals will awaken their Inner Child and see how they have been in denial of their own hurts and wounds.
