We are two friends who have a true love for the art of baking. We have baked together for friends and family over several years. Our German and Hungarian baking traditions and recipes have been passed down to us from our mothers and grandmothers and we are proud to pass the experience on to our customers.
We have always enjoyed creating our goods, from choosing only the best ingredients, to watching the products come to life, and smelling the wonderful aromas our goods produce. We choose natural, organic ingredients for most of our baking because we care about what our products taste like, as well as the person who is enjoying them.

LOVE THIS PLACE!
I make it a point to come anytime I'm in town. The two ladies are nice, knowledgeable, and patient to answer all of my stupid questions about German baked goods.
I've not had anything I wouldn't recommend. While I'd tell you what I had this time... I'd feel a smidge guilty publicly confessing how much I did get.
Let's just say that I got a pecan roll. It was awesome! Now, I did take it home and warm it for 30 seconds in the microwave. One of the ladies told me it was amazing, not that I doubted her. Once I started eating it, I did audibly

My husband and I visited Two Fraus Bakery around 11am on a Saturday. It was our first time and the 2 women (maybe the fraus themselves!) warmly welcomed us! It was pretzel Saturday so of course we got a couple of them. Plus some delicious cookies! As we were paying, hot cheddar bacon pretzels came out which we immediately added to our order.
We be will definitely return to this adorable bakery; early enough to snatch up some cinnamon rolls next time! Go see them!

Super friendly & welcoming staff. I probably shouldn't have made my first visit on Fat Tuesday, one of the busiest bakery days. I was hoping to get some beignets, and I arrived merely 2 hours after they opened but they were already sold out. I bought 2 Mardi Gras sugar cookies & 2 iced donut type things, $9 for the 4. The cookies were good, the donuts a tad dry, but good when warmed up. I hear they have great pretzels. I'm sure I'll try then again on a less busy day. They are located right next to the coffee shop & just down from the Harmony Inn.

Delicious pretzels! Go Saturday mornings to get them hot and fresh. They have a variety of flavors and seem to always have an interesting one. My favorite is the classic salted and the cheddar. Fiancé loves the jalapeño cheddar pretzel. So yummy! They always have cookies, cinnamon rolls and some various other baked goods. Everything is made fresh in store! Can't wait for fall to try their pumpkin pretzel!

Went there for the first time today. Had the cinnamon roll, which was still warm. Simply delicious and enough for two. The women working there were extremely courteous and took the time to talk about the shop and all the great things they prepare. Can't wait to come back on a Saturday when they have pretzels.

Been here multiple times and always walk out with a bag of gloriousness. And it's conveniently located next to Wunderbar cafe for a great cup of coffee to go along with your baked good(s). Sometimes we just come here and grab a pastry or pretzel or cinnamon bun for breakfast and grab a coffee to go next store.

This small shop is located right beside the Wunderbar coffee shop.
The kolache are hands down my favorite! I love the different flavors and their dough is more akin to a bagel dough which makes them a heartier snack or even a lunch! The ladies who run the establishment are so unbelievably sweet and clearly love their business!!
The Pfeffernüsse cookies are my favorite around the holidays, I love the spiciness! And their chocolate "chip" cookies are always a hit.
They offer fresh baked pretzels on the weekends and fresh breads and cookies every day.
The parking lot is TINY and a huge

My dear oma made the very best stollen. They were wonderful loaves from heaven that we would scrap over.
Over the years, I've searched high and low for anything close. I've ordered from reputable bakeries around the globe. To no avail.
Then, ta-da, we stumbled upon this incredible bakery in Historic Harmony. OMG.
