I think 1 star is too much for Cyprus. Nothing like being constantly lied to. Tried over and over to resolve issues with my account only to be told several different things. They don't care what they tell you, they don't stand behind their word. Right off the bat when I got this account I've had issues! I would strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere!!!!!

There whole system has been down for the last 6 hours and could NOT RECEIVE my direct deposit check from my employer. Have made multiple calls and not a single person could give me an estimated time frame of when it would be back up and running, that way I could RECEIVE MY MONEY!! They couldn’t tell me any information with this being a very established credit union, I am very disappointed.

I had $15000 taken from my account from a fraudulent wire transfer. Cyprus did nothing to help and when asked for information they refused. It took me going to National Credit Union Association for help. I was able to get some of the money back but no thanks to Cyprus. Your money is not safe with Cyprus.

I paid in advance for a service. And unfortunately that business is closed due to this pandemic. They keep pushing out the open date month by month. I submitted a dispute to get this resolved. I sent them proof of purchase. And because the receipt says no refunds. Cyprus refuses to refund me my money. People pay in advance for services and obviously we can't tell the future on what's going to happen. Now I'm out $450+. The bank should be able to resolve this situation in these circumstances. Now the business isn't answering my calls. Cyrus is no help. I submitted a complaint with the BBB. Because

We came here to finalize an auto loan. At arrival we were greeted by Ricky who was kinda shy and quiet, but nice. We walked in an asked if our loan officer was here so we could get this done. They told us to sign in and wait. It was kinda rude, but we complied and waited. The branch manager, Scott L. Had us go into his office where he asked why we were here.
